Shakir should hopefully be fine. Don’t need to see losers like Shavers on the field. Hairston's chances to start have disappeared barring multiple injuries to more experienced CBs on the roster. He might get some plays in nickel or dime, and should definitely have some chances to play in garbage time at the end of some games. Edited August 4 by BigAl2526 3 Quote

The only difference is that the safety position is more demanding mentally while CB is more demanding physically. Still, as well as Tre White has played in training camp, as long as he's healthy this season, he's going to start. 1 Quote

The joke is that he lives in his mother's basement and she just called down to tell him his meatloaf is ready. Good grief. I can’t believe you brought meatloaf into this— an entirety unobjectionable food. Get some class. 4 1 Quote

Meatloaf is an elite food. Especially when you stuff it with cheese and top with bacon and BBQ sauce. 1 hour ago, BigAl2526 said: Hairston's chances to start have disappeared barring multiple injuries to mor experienced CBs on the roster. The chances of White or Benford missing time is fairly likely. It's a tough league. 2 hours ago, stlbills13 said: Why is everyone hurt Because it's football. People get hurt. I’m guessing whoever it is might have a busy preseason! Chris Brown was talking up Jacob Bayer, who's been getting those reps you mentioned, the other day saying he's got impressive strength and good center of gravity. Not sure if he makes the 53 but could be a developmental guy. The only worry is he might only be a C. Edited August 3 by The Jokeman 1 Quote

In years past that wasn't the case as McDermott always went with "doing your 1/11th of the defence", instead of maybe leaning into more athleticism. But I think this year you might be right, as I think the Bills are going to lean into more athleticism Quote
