Fred Jackson and Kyle Williams are all time Bills from the Draught Era.  Dawkins now is the unheralded.  Dude spear headed and got an Oline award  added to NFL honors.  Current Bills not named Allen, Dawkins is the best and most consistent.

He was Thurman before Thurman, but his time was short-lived with the Bills.

 

It’s also under appreciated how good of a receiver he was. Go watch highlights of the Cleveland game in 1981 to see how good of a receiver he was that in talking about.

The obvious choices have been stated previously in this thread. So, I'm going to reach a little here. Not my favorite, but Pete Metzelaars is further down this list, I think. Was an all-around old school tight end. He averaged about 10 yards a catch, gave Thurman and Kelly time to do their thing, played smart. 

 

Ben (Gentle Ben) Williams as well down further on this list. 10 years, 52 sacks. 3 years with double digits.

Was wondering if anyone would mention Jabari Greer. He was quietly excellent here for a couple of seasons. Took the idiot coaches forever to get him on the field consistently (even though some fans here were screaming for them to do so) because he wasn't a high draft pick. But when he finally got a regular role, he was great.

It was absolutely infuriating.

Even as a rookie it was clear he was a capable corner in this league and it took them another 3-4 years before they gave him a shot.

Eric Moulds. He is maybe top 40 of all time WR's. Bills fans like him but in his era he was absolutely dominant without premier QB play. 

He is 5 yards, 1 TD away from 10k and 50 TD's.

I would swap James Cook with prime Fred Jackson in a heartbeat to play with Josh and this Bills team.
