Bills hosting Jets in the Rockpile 12/8/63.  Field was a mosh pit, mud and standing water on the field.  Cookie runs for pro football record 243 yards on 36! carries and FIVE TD's.  Bills win 45-14 and Jets consolation prize is Joe Willie Namath.

Not a favorite game, but one that always comes to mind. 2006 Week 11 @ HOU. Lee Evans catches two 83 yard TDs. For whatever reason, I was listening to it on the radio instead of watching it.

Bills-Ravens in 1999 (13-10 win). Flutie played terribly all game long against a Ravens D that was FAR better than everyone knew (the year before perhaps the best defensive season in league history) and somehow pulled  it out with a couple of circus-act plays on the final drive.

 

Worth watching the last 2 minutes and 40 seconds — start at around the 1:55:10 mark:

I was at this game in Rich Stadium and the fans went beserk. Old ladies actually fell on me and I wound up on the bottom of a pile of people. The madness continued into the parking lot.

we have gone to games over the years around thxgvg- newvyrs.  Both me and my brother have returned tobuffalo around that time of the year. I didn’t go to last yrs game (49ers) because of the snow forecast, in 2019 I didn’t go because about 6 weeks earlier I had knee surgery. I was in town but was still walking with a cane and didn’t want to risk the ice I knew I’d walk on.

 

1. Kelly’s last game

 

Playoff game hosting jacksonville.it was a warm and rainy day with temps upper 50s

 

2. Ferguson Hail Mary game 

 

I remember this game for a different reason .I didn’t get to see the hall Mary.  I was around the age of 11. I went with my brother and his friends. I was 12, my brother was 16 and a bunch of his friends we were going with were 18-21.  We were at the end zone end of the Hail Mary but e eryone wantedvto beat the crowds out,  I had with my a small handheld transited am/ fm radio so I heard the call onnthe radio and the roar of the crowd in the parking lot.

 

3. bills beat cowboys in their 2-14 years in the mid 80s

 

i went with an older friend to this game  it was on my bday

 

4. Steelers at Bills early 90s in September 

 

bills won this game by something like 52-35. Bills had it entering the 4 th then the beer fights broke out all over the stadium 

 

5. Went to the @Titans games in 2019 and 2021

 

6. I went to the first AFC championship game against the Raiders

 

my brother lives in downtown area of tennessee. About 1.5 miles from the stadium .A group of friends came down. We stayed at my brothers. On game day Sunday we were driven over to a tailgating area by the womrn not going to the game and then walked back part of the way where we got picked up. The 21 game was Monday night so only a few of the guys came down

Weird to see the Bills not call a defensive TO on 4th/15 with :40 left.

The Bills/Dolphins Monday Night Football game with John Holocek making a huge play in 1999. That i my mind was the greatest defensive team effort in Bills history. That team on defense was SPECIAL.

Bills beating the Raiders in 1980 at home, 24-7 to go 4-0. The game was awesome and it was the first local blackout lifted in 5 years.

The playoff comeback win against Houston with Reich at QB.  My wife and I were on a plane to Atlanta, and Oliers fan pilot kept gleefully announcing the score.  By hte time we landed, the Bills were closing in on the Oilers and we ended up watching the end of the game in an Atlanta airport bar.

Bills at home on a Sat night 1963 vs  the Boston Patriots , Kemp to Charlie Ferguson TD pass with 28 seconds to go.. TO WIN IT..

Was sitting in a computer lab all alone during the Cleveland game and monitoring the score. That was miserable.

 

I remember coming to a realization that we've probably hit rock bottom. It wasn't even anger, just pure embarrassment.

I'll start by nominating our home game against Miami in the 2002 season. Ricky Williams running wild, the snow coming out of nowhere, Bledsoe and Moulds taking over, Jim Kelly running up and down the sidelines in jubilation. Just a great, fun game all around.

I was in attendance for this one great game. I believe the Dolphins started the game hot with a 2 score lead before we came back and blew them out. 

 

1994 Bills vs Fins 42-31 Bills Sunday night football in Miami. One play that stands out in particular in that game was Andre Reed scoring a 83yd TD in the 4th quarter where he turns around at around the 30 yd line and taunts the Dolphins players as he's running backwards into the endzone. I was in attendance for this one and that TD happened on my side of the field. 

 

1989 Bills vs Oilers 47-41 OT thriller - Kelly vs Moon One of the greatest games I ever watched also was the game CB Derrick Burroughs injured his neck and never played again in the NFL.

 

1997 Bills vs Dolphins 

 

2002 Bills vs Vikings 45-39 Bills win in OT . Bledsoe vs Culpepper. Crazy back and forth game Eric Moulds and Peerless went off that day.

I was at this game to wasn't this the game Kurt Schultz destroyed Rob Konrad on a screen pass ? I will never forget that hit right in front of me at around the 25yd line of the Dolphins.
