Kincaid is finally emerging - but bc he can’t block and he’s glass he can only play 45 percent of the snaps.

Elam, Kincaid, Keon - the last “first” round picks a total disaster.  Picks that could have been traded by a real GM to get a DK or Pickens or who freaking ever - to move up and draft JSN!!

imagine having JSN and Pickens!

Don't worry Josh Palmer is healthy now. He'll be the difference maker for us

I heard that crap after the ATL game, when two catches made fans believe that it was Palmer’s coming out party.  Fans desperately want to believe that JAGs like Palmer and Shavers are difference makers and I hate arguing about it, but hope (usually misguided) springs eternal amongst the Mafia. We’ll get em next year guys, just run it back again

Depends if Terry is actively engaged or if he's indifferent after Kim's health event.

Maybe if he was a Football guy and didn't also own the Sabres.

He's spent literally decades (22 years) going through countless coaches and GM's trying to find one that could so much as get them to the Playoffs. I don't think that isn't a major key to his reluctancy to pull the trigger for unknowns with the Bills.

Beane and McDermott are literally the only hires that have ever won for him in multiple sports.

Difference makers?  There's one poor B****** on here who compared Shavers to a Hall of Famer!  It's very sad

Colin Cowherd just brought up the WGR take from earlier this year and let it play on national radio and called Brandon Beanhead out basically saying how is it that Howey Roseman and the Eagles are always reloading even after winning a Super Bowl, but the bills aren’t doing it for the best quarterback in the league

Roseman runs laps around Beane, and most of the GM's.  I mean they get Jaelen Philips and we just sit here.

Funny how Beane hasn't done much media this season, I don't see him on McAfee yucking it up lately.

I miss hearing people tell me years ago how good David Nelson was.   Its like do you watch other teams and have a slight understanding of what good actually is?

I was just wondering about that … does he or McDermott still do segments on WGR, or are they shunning “Jerry & Joe”?

Hard to imagine any high quality GM wanting to come in being subservient to McDermott.

We have a head coach, who needs players in his system or several years before he can get them on the field.

They wouldn't.  Any good GM won't come here unless they have the power to fire McDermott and bring in their own HC

Yeah but he literally has half his career left

Again we need to be better to Josh.. Peyton Manning didn't win or go to a Super bowl till he was 30

Josh is literally on the same trajectory as Peyton Manning even almost statistically

And Peyton would have never left Indianapolis but he got that neck injury and missed an entire year and they lucked into Andrew hahaga

We *hope* he has 16 years on him. But that's not a guarantee.

Especially with the style of play he has. As far as similar type running QB's that take punishment go, Roethlisberger made it 16 seasons. But he was pretty much toast after 14.

Cam became toast after 9. Russ also became toast after 9. Obviously, Josh is a better QB than both of them and speed (and losing speed) was more of a factor with them than it is with Josh.
