Ralonzo Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Those guards on the board, Miles Frazier and Marcus Mbow, are a hell of a value at a low-key need for Buffalo looking toward a) 2026 and b) not cutting game checks to Kendrick Green 1 Quote
ndirish1978 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 I'm bummed that the Dolphins got both the DTs I actually wanted. Not too thrilled with the Walker pick, I wanted Phillips or CJ West Quote

Those are extreme examples but in 2025 it happens a lot. Purdy is an even better example and he was Mr. Irrelevant. If you asked 32 teams who they would rather start in a game tomorrow Mike White or Shadeur Sanders, 32 teams would pick Sanders. If the Jameis Winston type of vets go places with a rocky QB situation it even further strengthens the point that you need to draft a guy there if you have an elite starter. We need to look at it through the lens of “what if Josh misses a month?” That’s all that matters for a backup. Qee are not drafting a QB high enough who will matter. We will fill holes in the team to hopefully propel us to the next step. Not a QB. Quote
Rock'em Sock'em Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Did Miami just draft Jordan Phillips out of Maryland again? Deja vu. 1 1 Quote
Low Positive Posted April 26 Posted April 26 NFL Network knew the pick and set it up for 7 minutes just to build drama. But it was so clear what happened. Quote
No_Matter_What Posted April 26 Posted April 26 There's nothing more awkward than Rapoport pretending to be speculating that Browns might be taking Sanders while KNOWING that they already picked him. Quote

gonzo1105 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Its funny because they added both Gabriel and Sanders but if they don't like them they have enough capital and will be bad enough to take a real franchise QB next year but glad this story can be put to bed. Quote
UKBillFan Posted April 26 Posted April 26 WTH are the Browns playing at? They drafted Gabriel yesterday. Quote

Iverwig Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Now they can shut up about Shedeur but they probably won’t. Quote

Low Positive Posted April 26 Posted April 26 They have a 4-QB logjam now. Good going, Cleveland. 1 Quote
WotAGuy Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Simon drafting a strongly worded letter to NFL Network for tipping the Sanders pick. 1 1 Quote
mikemac2001 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Why not draft someone else instead of that Oregon QB to just draft sanders now. Just very odd Quote
Generic_Bills_Fan Posted April 26 Posted April 26 I’d hate to be Gabriel but I really don’t think that’s a bad pick in this spot honestly. I don’t think sanders is a good fit for what they’re trying to do but it’s probably worth a shot this late in the draft Quote
