How is Diggs practicing without passing a physical from the Pats* medical staff? If he did pass a physical, NE is one the hook for all the guaranteed money

Where did you read that he actually practiced?

Is this the story arc?  Could be be the locker room cancer that takes down the Chiefs?  To bookend the pic of him after the 13 seconds game, we need one where he's wearing a KC uni standing on the field after the Bills win the AFCC

Maybe he is secretly still committed to helping the Bills win?  If all it takes is for him to rot KCs locker room, I'm all for it!

Cardi said he was pulling down balls in Mass.

Is that not what she meant?

Are there any other caveats you'd like to add? If Diggs is cut, it's because he can't play and they will not cut him until they know that which won't be soon. As I said, it will not happen until he "sees the field" which is just as true now as it was prior to the video being released.

All good man, if you want to believe that so be it.  I mean I have no dog in this race or crystal ball and I am not here to say he is for sure getting released.  I am just sharing that NE is has been considering it, and its not about whether he can play football still or not.  And as I said, it stems beyond just the video.  We will see what happens...this is more of a near term consideration, so if he makes it to camp I am guessing he is likely safe barring doing something else stupid or just falling off a cliff on the field.

the better question is what didn't Beane understand about Diggs before he traded for him?

Diggs's early end in Buffalo was completely predictable to many.......

What is there to gripe about in the zoomed out look?  First, he wasnt a Pickens or AB level of malcontent.  Dude wanted money and more targets... literally EVERY WR in the NFL.  He was young and hadnt peaked yet. He helped Josh develop, we got 2 absolutely elite years out of him, leading the league in yards one of them.

^^looking at this, we traded a 1st (and 5th?), and recouped a 2nd... So we netted all the above, for the equivalent of a 1 round trade back?

I WISH WE COULD MAKE THIS KIND OF MISTAKE THIS OFF-SEASON.

He has to pass the Team Physical.

Patriots Dr call on this one.

They can dump him if he fails Diggs. It's in the contract

 Thanks PFT

Present.

I suspect that is all he is doing

Why would any team ink that kind of deal (or really any deal) without getting a physical.  I assumed when terms get announced a guy has 24hrs to get there for physical kinda thing.  When you spend solid $$ on a player from FA; its not only hitvhing your boat to a guy, its also removing yourself from a certain tier of FA money..... so God forbid you ink someone, then find out they cant pass a physical, but the other guys you were courting have moved on and found a new team.

Absolutely bonkers if this is how it works.  How does a full month pass without being sure on the physical?

I live in New England. I thought I saw clips of him at OTAs running routes. If it wasn’t a fake, he looked pretty good.

Not sure what zoomed out look is.

But what do the Bills have to show for the Diggs era?  A 1st for a second and big dead cap sandwich?

Let's not make that mistake every off season....especially if it is preventable.

He is not getting paid a bunch of money. That contract is full with a bunch of Incentives and as of right now. He can be cut at anytime for any knee related issues.

He practiced yesterday

Yep.  The report and video I saw confirms he was at practice.  He did one-on-one drills but did not participate in team drills.  Made the last day of OTAs.  Me thinks his PR guy told him to get his butt to NE and show out.  The wolves were at the gate.

What do the Bills have to show for the Allen era?

Hope they don't make that mistake again.

 Hope...

As opposed to Bills simply shrugging off Diggs's departure: had #2 scoring offense, won the division again.  He wasn't missed at all.

Well, which would you rather have:

1. MVP of the NFL

2. MVP of the Pink Sunset cruise on the SS HoSail

They're not going to cut him at this point. Like someone said earlier, it's probably a benefit to us for him to stay with them and be a distraction. If they don't have at least 3-4 wins by mid-season, Diggs is going to stir up more. It's gonna be funny if fans troll him with pink powder every away game he plays.

I fully agree they won't, but they 100% should.  Then again, they should have never signed him in the first place.     I am not sure what they thought the benefit was going to be signing a 32 year old malcontent WR coming off an ACL tear.    I understand they want to develop their young QB, but the shells of Keenan Allen and Amari Cooper are still available as well, both guys who can upgrade your room and help teach your young QB.

Diggs was starting to decline while he was still here.   Who do you think he is going to blame when its even more obvious this year?   He sure as hell wont be pointing the finger at himself.

just wanted to post somewhere. I agree with this

With all the negative talk about him on this board, I had forgotten several of these plays he made. And he looks to have put in the off season work which means he is motivated.

There is much to be hopeful about
