Years ago, the refs would intentionally eat the whistle and let the guys play. Only obvious and outrageous penalties would be called in these types of situations. The fact they didnt run Barkley there is on the Giants. Lots of calls were missed in this game. And far too many were made. These refs were on screen all night.
