I’ve heard of him, because it’s hard not to. I stopped watching the NBA when he was just a child, so I have mostly just heard of his foolish antics. Oh, and this foolish take designed to get attention. It is what it is….

Oh 100%. Some people don't call this out because they think that in itself makes them racist, which is insane. But it's definitely something you see with a lot of these analysts. 

 

I also think a lot of it is because they have a loyalty to Lamar Jackson, and because of the whole MVP rivalry they see supporting Allen as somehow selling out Jackson.

I think those JA texts that were dropped just prior to the draft sort of Josh in a certain bucket in the minds of some. Once there, it's tough to change.   Not sure about this particular person and their reputation but I always thought this:

 

1)  If we were all to be judged by what our 15 year old selves said about any particular  topic, we'd all be put in the idiot bucket.  

 

2)  Whoever dropped that information to the press, probably hoped Josh would fall in the draft to come to their pick.  Wild if that helped the Bills get him.  Even wilder if the Bills somehow made that happen.

Besides Bills games, I don't watch TV or do pop culture.  I spend my time traveling, eating, writing, hiking, meditating, running, and reading books mostly about science, history, and philosophy.  Whoever Draymond Green is, he's not in my world.

Well, now I do know because I got curious and googled him.  Former basketball player (and current sports commentator?).  I stopped following basketball when the Braves left town back when Jimmy Carter was president.  I felt betrayed not just by John Y. Brown and Irv Levin, but by the entire NBA.  Haven't watched a game since.

Cowherd today had a couple segments on the Bills and Allen.  He's so impressed with Josh for growing up, learning, and taking the reckless out of his game..and being in total control.  He declared Allen the best QB in the league for the past 1.5 seasons and says he and the Bills will win the Super Bowl on Feb. 8th.   And so it has been written.

Just watched it. I highly recommend everyone gives it a go...

Cowherd says sometimes you know you're watching history being made but sometimes you don't and that's happening with Allen playing super smart. 30 TDs and only 1 pick in his last 12 games.

Today, Nick Wright said if you’re the Buffalo Bills and this close to a Super Bowl, they should offer a 2nd round pick for Brandon Aubrey. His thinking how the Bills would only need to get to the 50 yard like then have the best closer in the NFL. They’d be unstoppable.

I actually really like this idea.  We need a stud kicker and the lack of one has kept us out of the SB before.

Sounds about Wright (pun intended) that a Chiefs fan would suggest that the Bills should go out an make a huge trade for a kicker... not a WR... not a stud pass rusher... not insurance at CB or safety... but a kicker. Nick Wright is as transparent as he is skeevy.
