And besides Josh, we're failing on a majority of these picks since 2018. We don't have that luxury. Find better scouts. Incentivize them better based on how well their suggestions perform. I would think the selection of scouts, the creation of the Draft Board, other draftees available at the time of selection, and the influence of the owner and perhaps head coach have as much weight, if not more in grading a GM.
