Does this mean he gets an even better job offer now?

He was able to parlay an under .500 record with no improvement over 6 years at Texas Tech into an NFL job with a top pick to draft his own QB #1 and went under .500 over 4 years there too...I'm excited to see what he can do next!

Yeah, Belichick just confirmed he is back for 2023 (see my post just a little above).

How many years in a row has he promised a thorough review of the team? 3?

Feel free to have a completely incompetent offense Bill. None of us mind. Matt Patricia for life.

How long until we can sign Dugger away from them?

Nobody wants a retread

It’s a lot easier to justify going for a young and up and comer …

coaching at Tech isn’t easy lol you are like the 5th brand IN TEXAS… behind UT , A&M, TCU, Baylor

you have 6-7-8-10+ D1 schools in Texas fighting for your recruits

Kingsbury needs to go on that Daboll path. He needs to be an NFL OC for awhile and learn how to be a better head coach under a McDermott, a Tomlin, Jon Harbaugh. I think he is a really good offensive mind, but watching him on Hard Knocks, he does not seem genuine to me. He has to work on that part of his coaching, but I think he will do much better his second time around if he takes this path.

I would not want that Cardinals job. Crappy team and ownership.

And handcuffed to a mediocre QB

It's going to take a Greg Roman type, with an offense that is designed around the QB as a weapon both running and in the RPO game. And someone like Roman who would take the job.
