Klingsbury needs to be fired tomorrow.  They should’ve been up by 9 going into the half but due his dumbass timeout then going for it on 4th down.  This team just looks defeated.  Players  have no fight left.  Look of a team that the coach has lost.

Maybe his bikini model girlfriend can console him...

I thought those only happened on turf fields? 🤷‍♂️

They lost all hope on the third play of the game. Cards win that game if that lil hobbit didn't shred his knee.

The good news is he will have a lot more free time for call of duty.

Yep, that's a real area of strength for the Pats. They strike me as a team that's just missing playmakers on offense. But getting those playmakers - particularly at QB - is easier said than done.

If they could find a shut down corner again like Gilmore the D would be something special.  Sadly our secondary is not very good.

on O hard see who is a true playmaker with just poor play calling every game. Tonight I won’t bash them since they were missing so many players ( top 2 WR and RB)

Thinking of that THANK GOD AZ challenged Parker’s catch otherwise the refs would have missed an OBVIOUS man with a concussion.. How do they miss a man who couldn’t even walk straight after the catch? That’s just awful refs there! At least protect the players after an obvious head injury!

Injuries sadly happen, this one was non contact and looked bad right away. The Pats BAD O lost the top WR and RB during the game. Also they didn’t lose because of the backups play! They lost because their coach is an idiot.

I will have to agree with that. KK is a total moron. The fact that he goes for it on 4th down over 50% of the time in the opponents territory just shows how clueless he is. This ain't college homey. The best part is their dumbass owner extended him, the GM and their overpaid, now injured for a year QB, for many years. They are the new Washington Redskins of years past.

And the QB who had to have that huge contract thinking he was a top 5 guy. Now he's lost til prolly the end of next season. Bidwell is the new Dan Snyder.

Dan Snyder distracted folks from idiot owners like the Bidwells and Irsays. The Cardinals have been irrelevant, or close to it forever, and a Bidwell has always been at the helm.

I forgot about Murray’s extension for 5 years.  Cards looked like they were poised to break threw last year and be a serious SB contender.. this just proves how a decimated O line and not having your #1 WR most of the year can effect your team.

And paying an unproven QB all that cash doesn't help. Cardinals are a train wreck right now.

Patriots jumped back into the final playoff spot for now but still have a very perilous path ahead to stay there given their remaining schedule vs a team like the chargers.

But when that defense is on like last night they are always going to be tough to beat even when the offense is just average. Still think Mac Jones can be a great QB but man do they need to get him a real OC and some weapons.

What have you seen to say something like the bolded?

He can't move in the pocket, and his pocket awareness is somewhere in the bottom half of the league's QB's.  He floats the ball when he throws more than 15 yards (which is why they have him doing mainly quick outs and slants).  He's okay w/ a perfectly clean pocket, but if things break down at all, he can't improvise, and has limited ability to scramble or evade pressure.

He's a middlin' game manager, regardless of OC.  He will most likely be a career backup.

He's a top 15 draft pick and had one of the better rookie seasons by a QB in recent years.

Yes he don't have the mobility like Allen/Mahomes/etc that teams covet but he can definitely be a Brady/Brees/etc type of QB that can shred defenses from the pocket even with average oline play/protection.

As great as Belichik is though it's still hard to fathom he would make such a horrendous decision to not replace McDaniels with a real NFL OC in a critical year two and give a defensive guy that job just because of comfort with him in 'the patriots system'.

At the end of the day though I really don't know what the future holds for Jones especially if Belichik walks away after this season and they enter a true rebuilding mode.
