Teams tend to be afraid of getting fined for not reporting a paper cut so often very minor things get listed, but then things they wish to hide don't get reported. Backup RB who scored 2 TDs last week, and one of the best pass rushers in the league is on IR. Starting slot WR who led in yards last week also questionable. Brady always used to be on the injury report with a shoulder. The designation would go on like that for an entire season.
