If he's healthy, I think he'd be a great backup. I have no concerns about the curse. The curse involves young guys trying to break through, not established veterans. He wasn’t looking good in camp or preseason. It was questionable he should even start week 1 as Heinieke outplayed all preseason and camp. And that was before a serious hip injury cost him his season. His future likely is in broadcasting at this point. No Dalton would not be an upgrade lol. He’s done, he was nothing short of abysmal last year in Chicago. Him and Newton should’ve retired last year.
