Baseball is so depressingly boring... it would be like going into witness protection.

Even people who go to baseball games barely pay attention most of the time. It's just guys standing around in sunglasses while the batter hits 13 foul balls or finally strikes out. When something actually happens of substance it's like "WOW! a hit!"

I guess that's the big excitement of a baseball game. A HIT! Oh he didn't make it to first though.... Back to looking at the skyline and talking about anything else other than the game happening on the field.

At least each team plays 1,361 games a season!

You couldn't be more wrong.

Baseball is a brilliant sport.  Sorry you don't have the mental capacity to follow

well I think it's boring too. Lol not sure why you mentioned mental capacity, I mean it don't take  much to know about it. Some like it and some don't,

Maybe he's salty that he was actually criticized for his playoff performance, including throwing one of the most boneheaded pick-6's I've ever seen.

He has a throw right there which he could place where either an eligible receiver, or no one, gets it

Instead, he pulls it down and waits until this happens:

Then declines to take a safety by throwing it up so that this happens:

That wins out hands-down over anything Allen did in the Houston playoff game, and he deserves a ***** ton of flak for it.

That was horrific. I even felt bad for him atm

I have never thought Kyler Murray is an NFL QB and he has done nothing thus far in his career to change my mind.  He has limited skills and is simply not a leader.  On his best days, he is Doug Flutie, and that is not a compliment.  He can be fun to watch, but he is going to fail at least as often as he succeeds if not more, and he is an alienating, self centered presence.

Probably just posturing.  He’s in line for an extension, right?  Maybe talks aren’t going as well as he would have hoped.  So he threatens to go back to the A’s and relearn how to play second base or centerfield or whatever.  Have at it.

He better not be posturing. That's a 15-yard penalty

I know this is over beating  a dead horse. But how did JJ watt see Arizona as a contender again?? Especially with this stuff coming out on Murray?

To be honest Flutie was 10 times a better QB than Murray has been the last 3 years in the league. That’s kind of an insult to compare Murray to Flutie lol.

..but still more exciting, and definitely more interesting than soccer...

You know, you're right...

If you have a good conversation or daydream by starting off into the distance on a warm sunny day baseball isn't so bad until a foul ball smacks the deck above your head and reminds you that you're at a baseball game.

Hey, I'm glad you love it! I tried, I really tried but it's mind numbingly boring. Even playing it is boring. Nothing ever happens.

I don't get soccer either. To me it's watching people run back and forth for what seems like forever and even though the goal is the size of a bus nobody ever scores. That said, at least in soccer there is action, and it's fun to play, so it's miles ahead of baseball in my mind.

He should never followed in first place.  Social Media is a terrible addiction.

The funny thing is he never actually did follow them. The story appears to have been made up out of thin air. He’s still following damn near his entire team too.

It's OK. I have waited 26 years for my beloved Atlanta Braves to win another championship.

Nothing anyone says can ruin that for me.

Please carry on

25 years from now when the Sabres rebuild is complete and we're all excited there will be a lot of "who cares about hockey?" Comments from sports fans in other cities

They have a really good young core of players, could be in for a 90's type run in the NL East. Love Acuna.

To each their own of course but having played football, soccer, and baseball...you do the least in football in my opinion, especially if playing a single, specific position. It's 4 seconds of play followed by a whistle. Soccer is nonstop. And pitching is grueling.

Soccer is terrible, but Baseball is perfect.
