They usually try and get away with rushing 4 early, and bring out heavier blitz packages later in the game. I don’t expect this week to be any different I also think Mac does pretty well against the blitz, from what I have heard the pats pundits say (especially if you blitz him up the middle). Sort of makes sense— he can see the pressure and it plays to his strength of getting rid of the ball fast and short on a hot read. I think the bills will just continue to mix things up, and try to confuse him.

Tons of extra blockers/linemen declaring eligible and not a lot of passing targets I don't think if getting pressured or "rattled" the very 1st drive of the game would change their game plan at all. imo they will for sure mix it up to try an catch Bills D off guard. Still won't be a whole lot of passing from them, but I believe we see a bit more than last game. They will have to get more from him, I mean your chances to win in playoffs are very slim being one dimensional 18 minutes ago, Generic_Bills_Fan said: Honestly looked like the pats gameplan was gonna be more pass heavy last time but we rattled mac right from the very first drive so they had to revert to the wind game gameplan. Likely due to the weather and Pats fans really not having a lot of faith in their squad. Tickets can be had for under $80. Price floor was $98 just yesterday. butbutbut where are all the die hard anti domers? They should be sitting out in the elements like they want. Thriftygamer83
https://www.businessinsider.com/espn-report-patriots-spygate-scandal-2015-9 The past scars and wounds are still fresh. New England engaged into subterfuge, training employees to target play books, and Goodell due to his family alliance forged in Detroit over blood, bullets, and bull#### loyalty to Kraft backed his family friends play. To me Billy Bellicheat is a career .500 Coach whose no real genius. Imagine what happens if the next guy shuts down the book making operations, closes down gambling approved books, and looks at taking back and rewarding the teams who suffered with Super Bowl wins? Very interesting stat I hadn't seen before and with two main takeaways in my eyes: 1) The Bills tied for the third-most wins against plus .500 teams across the whole NFL...seems to conflict with the narrative that we had a cupcake schedule and never played anyone good. I'm definitely not saying it was a tough schedule, but I think the slate of opponents looked like the easiest list we had faced in years before the season started and then they wound up looking a bit stronger as the season went on. 2) No Patriots on that list despite the fact that they faced an even easier schedule than we did. I remember a while back a certain Pats fan was screaming up and down about how we haven't beaten anybody and that their team was better because of who they faced. At least that was the gist of what he was trying to pawn off here. 1
CEN-CAL17
Does anyone else feel like everyone thinks Buffalo winning the AFCE was a fluke and that they think New England should have won it?! To be honest I feel like Buffalo under achieved and NE over achieved. But I legitimately feel like most think New England is the better team. Then they say….. well they have JA. Seriously we have the better team! We just gotta play our game. F NE!!!! And the haters! 2 2

People always say "well, the other team has to play in that too." Yes, the weather drags both teams down, but the elite team is dragged down further. It helps the weaker team by evening things out. 2

Literally none of us are qualified to question a single goddamn thing that happens in the NFL. That’s not hyperbole. None of us can question anything based on that logic. So why show up to an internet message board then? You must be a blast a children’s parties.

They may beat us I mean anything can happen in a single game playoff setup…but there’s almost no chance they string together 4 wins in a row against these playoff caliber teams. I feel like a qb drafted in the mid to late rounds would be perfectly capable of what mac has been asked to do this season so it is a bit of a head scratcher. Josh was a huge risk sure…but the upside/potential was clear. What they saw was they needed a QB and thats what was left.
