Because as we all know...the key to winning is running and stopping the run.

Oh wait, that was the 1985 NFL calling.  Sorry.

How many RBs have been taken in the first three rounds this year?

I would be suprised.....with Moss we now have a back that covers every area

- Motor (elusive)

- Moss (banger)

- Yeldon (pass catcher)

we still don’t have breakaway speed. You know, the area everyone was discussing.

we won’t be the track meet team, but have talent across the board. Would’ve been nice to get faster on offense still though.

Love this quote about Moss:

Contact Balance: Like trying to knock over a weeble-wobble. Mass rides low and he runs with a wide base. Flexibility in his ankles and hips allows for him to catch his body at absurd angles to the ground and still retain his balance and quickly turn upfield. Has a bowling ball approach to tight spaces and an active off-hand to stun the initial brunt of incoming contact. Able to generate scramble drill plays with shocking survival ability in between the tackles.

Love this pick!  Amazing draft

1st - Diggs

2nd - Espensa

3rd - Moss

Amazing.

Yeah, maybe treading water while getting younger and cheaper on defense, but we are CERTAINLY more talented on offense. And the draft is far from over. I like our FO as one of our advantages. Later rounds is where I hope we can “win” over a lot of other teams.

GO BILLS!

We will be an "impose our will" offense, not a Madden 2020 offense.    I'm happy with that...

"We are in trouble if Singletary goes down!"

Ok we just got another (more physical) Singletary.  I'll freaking take it.  Vision and contact balance for days.  Between Allen, Knox, Singletary and Moss, just keep a weekly slot open for Angry Run nominations earmarked for a Bills representative.

I know the Chiefs won the super bowl but half the playoff teams relied on their running game more than passing.

Which ones?  Tennessee is the outlier, not the standard.

Controlling games against high powered offenses is very important

Want to beat teams with good offense?  Control the ball and help your D

You do that by running the ball

In Back To The Future, Marty McDly went back 30 years into the past.  You've done that outlining the strategy needed to win games in the 1990 NFL because ball control doesn't matter when your opponent scores 30+ like KC or perhaps BAL can do.

Didn't Houston just score 19 points on Buffalo in something like 1.5 quarters?  How are base DE's and slower RB's going to help Buffalo score?

Ok, he doesn’t make us faster.  He should make us stronger.

Good pick. A complimentary back to Singletary.

Amazing.

Funny thing is: if back in February someone would have told you these would be our first three picks, people would have been doing backflips down Chippewa Street.

But tonight on social media, the usual cast of complainers. You just can’t — absolutely CAN’T — please some people.

I assume you mean in the running back department and not as a team as a whole

Stephon Diggs

Smoke

Our two start WR's add plenty of speed to this team

Having a young banger RB was ALSO a need

While I really wanted to add back with more speed, I’m pretty happy right now.

he compliments Singletary in a different way.

reminds me of a smaller looking Lynch.

i feel his top end speed is better than the 4.65 at the combine.  I’d say a hamstring tweak could have an impact.

gonna be tough to decide between a moss and a Singletary Jersey.

Who’s the lead back in 2 years? Probably going to be a game to game split.  I’m eager to see how these kids grow together.

Who cares?  There were 15 WR's taken, 6 of which came in the first round.  Another 9 in rounds 2-3.

RB's are a devalued asset in the modern NFL.  And it shows year after year when perhaps 1-2 are taken in the first round.

Weird analogy.  Wouldn't a...you know...cannonball fired from a cannon be more effective?

But that's where he confuses you. Nobody  expects a cannon ball  at a bowling alley

Who cares. We have a WR, DE and RB. So want to keep with the Hot Takes don’t forget about our WR

BILLS 1st round. A WR. See how really stupid your sound?

Then I guess it was a good thing we took both our backs in the 3rd round?
