Won't Somebody Please take Joe Biden by the Elbow

and usher him off the national stage.  Early stage dementia, forgetful, or just butt stupid; for his own sake, convince the guy to step out of the limelight.  His wife is a MD and she lets this campaign charade go on....?

He thinks it's his only way to save his legacy. If he doesn't win, SpyGate, and his son's corruption accusations (with proof) in China and Ukraine will sink his family and his name in the history books. Biden is dirty, he knows it. Thus, he won't be taken off the stage by choice.

He's going to have to lose and be exposed.

And he will be.

He's tired.  The campaign is an endless grind.  Constantly on the road or in the air and its long hours every day.

He, like Bernie, doesn't strike me as a guy who's really in it to win it.

Careful. Them's fighting words.

(Does this remind anyone else of an episode of Orangutan Island?)

Lol, and most Americans still

want him to replace Trump!

Poll of the week: A new national Quinnipiac University poll finds that former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, California Sen. Kamala Harris and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg all lead President Donald Trump by significant margins in potential 2020 matchups.
Biden is ahead Trump by the most (16 points, 54% to 38%), while Buttigeg is up by the least (9 points, 49% to 40%).
What's the point: The Quinnipiac poll was the second probability poll that meets CNN standards and was conducted in August which found Trump down by at least 5 points against all his most likely challengers. In both the Fox News poll out earlier this month and Quinnipiac's latest, he trailed his most likely challenger, Biden, by double-digits. In fact, in an average of all the August polls (those that meet CNN standards and not), Biden was up by a 49% to 39% margin.

We're still over a year away from the 2020 general election, so don't take these polls to the bank.

...yet "freebee promises promises" will gainfully attract the "fickle segment " of the electorate......precisely the "ME first" gang that the Dems are buying votes from....the overall effect on the nation's financial strength is "somebody else's problem".....parasites grow MORE parasitic.............

Who else is there to vote for? Biden is still a mile better than Trump. Polls back that up

The Dems only chance is if Howard Schultz decides to jump in and run as a Dem. Biden is exposing his age issues every time he speaks. Bernie only appeals to the fringe and Liz is an unlikable lightweight.

Actually it's most every poll, but you Trump supporters only believe one source, Trump. Lemmings

It's been shown time and again that the polls use a much larger percentage of Left leaning people in order to gain the results they want. They have a gay mayor of a small city leading trump by 9 points? This country isn't ready for a male president to bring his husband to the White House and the fact alone that Petey is leading Trump is not only wrong but a joke.

https://babylonbee.com/news/six-year-old-saying-why-dont-we-just-give-everything-away-for-free-surges-to-top-of-democratic-polls

U.S.—A new candidate has come out of nowhere to surge in the polls in the Democratic primary, and she’s only six years old. Susie Peters of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was on a local news segment where children gave their opinions on world problems, and she asked, “Why can’t we just give everyone everything they want for free?” The message quickly went viral and really resonated with Democratic voters, propelling Susie from unknown to third in most polls, ahead of Bernie Sanders and just behind Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden.

"She really has a plan for everything,” said Melinda Carlson, one of Susie’s enthusiastic supporters. “While Elizabeth Warren only has a plan for getting people free health care and free college, Susie has a plan to get everyone free everything. She’s truly a visionary.”

Susie has unveiled her new popular campaign slogan, “But I want it!” and has already qualified for the next Democratic presidential debate.

A big problem is that many have begun demanding that our politicians essentially be entertainers too.  Maybe there are just too many interviews and videos to expect anyone to be constantly flawless.  We don't really need a professional TV personality/entertainer like Don Rickles or Rodney Dangerfield as president.  We have many other places to get our entertainment.

In a president, I think we need a whole host of typically named leadership qualities - vision, ability to unite, strong but empathetic, honest, intelligent but surrounded by experienced advisors, etc, etc.  Notice that 'entertainer-in-chief' is not in that list of required qualities.

Can you imagine anyone winning an on-stage insult contest with Rickles?  Not happening, right?  So, if we look at at political debates for insult entertainment rather than for policy vision and leadership qualities, will that perspective help us pick the best leader?

I certainly am not sold on Biden and as an independent I will not vote in the primaries anyway.  I will have to see who survives to Nov 2020 but please keep in mind that the wittiest, fastest talker, or best insult comic may be entertaining to watch on TV but he/she may not make the best leader.

Tibs still doesn’t get it. Biden can win NY and California by 50 million to zero and he still doesn’t get to be President. We don’t select a president by national polls or popular vote.

Tibs figured everything out at 5 years old, has nothing to learn since

shows every post
