Ray-Ray McCloud

Recommended Posts

I was on a flight home today from Tampa and he was on our flight. I just wished him good luck on the season. He seemed very humble and surprised that anyone even knew him. But bills mafia knows their roster!

Ray ray can fly- confirmed

More important he can fly down the sideline and pull in an Allen pass than a TSA clearance.  😁

You might catch him on a flight in a different direction come early September.

How did you recognize him? Bills fan or not I can't imagine many people see him in an airport and say, 'Hey look - there's Ray-Ray McCloud!'

Two years ago I walked past Andre Reed after a Bills game and only realized it was him as he was about to pass by.

If forced to make a prediction, I'd say, no.  There is too much competition for too few roster spots up for grabs.  John Brown, Cole Beasley, Robert Foster, and (I believe) Zay Jones are all pretty much locks to be on the roster.  Andre Roberts isn't too far from a lock as a return specialist.   So, you've basically got Isaiah McKenzie, Duke Williams, David Sills, Ray Ray and a couple others competing for that last spot.  That can't give him very good odds.

I wish him well, but I doubt he makes the team. Hopefully he gets a chance with another team.

Even if he doesn't, if he shows well, he has practice squad eligibility, and they would probably keep him around on that.  Again,

IF he shows well.

That's what i was thinking. Nothing against the guy, he's in a tough spot.

Lets be real- you could give me a photo lineup with 5 guys, 3 of which being non starting WRs for this team and it’d be dumb luck if I choose a bill yet alone Ray Ray our if the group

Hope he steps up this year. Had high expectations for him last year but it looked like he let Foster pass him on the depth chart for good. Really cool you got to meet him though!

No.  We have return guys now and WRs.  I don't see him making it.

No way he makes the team.  His sole role is to keep Beasley's reps down until camp is over. Then he gets cut.

Buffalo has a UDFA in Nick Easley who is actually a pretty promising slot type receiver.  They could give him the reps to spell Cole Beasley.

I think he's going to look like a whole new player this year.

Why?  Did he cut his giant fro?

No it's twice as big and now he's an inch taller.  Should help right?

Per Embedded, Micah Hyde says Jim Kelly didn’t recognize him!

He actually started a game for us ;last year...amazing how little talent/depth at WR  we have this year compared to last.  Same thing with the O Line
