Yes.

Is it not hysterical (with no disrespect to the ladies) that Biden is being accused of grabbing Tara Reade by the kitty?

He is accused of forcible penetration with his finger(s).

Again, who knows if it is true. She does have some contemporaneous corroboration. However, the complete and utter hypocrisy of the "ruling left" in this country, from "msm" (not to mention the (mostly) silence and gas-lighting when infrequently mention (this has been investigated!)) to elected officials (especially of the female variety) to "feminists" on this and their past #metoo crap, is simply astounding.

Americans just like Biden more than Trump.

But hey! It's ok, because they also dislike Trump WAY more than they dislike Biden. ?

you may not have noticed the subtle shift in tone from the DNC towards Joe. he is not going to be the nominee.

Unbelievable lack of awareness.

Biden says he'll reverse DeVos rule bolstering protections for those accused of campus sexual assault

The Hill [DC], by Jonathan Easley

Original Article

Former Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that if he’s elected president, he will reverse a rule issued by Education Secretary Betsy DeVos aimed at bolstering protections for students who are accused of sexual assault on university campuses. In a statement, Biden said the new rule was an effort by the Trump administration to “shame and silence” survivors of sexual assault.

“It’s wrong,” Biden said. “And, it will be put to a quick end in January 2021, because as president, I’ll be right where I always have been throughout my career — on the side of survivors, who deserve to have their voices heard,

...here's the thinking (COUGH) of my relatives...keep in mind they are staunch dyed in the wool Dems, who think ever voting for a Republican is treason, who think CNN IS gospel et al....these people are way over the top....try some of these gems on for size.....a late aunt anguished over voting for Obama because, "I don't know if I can vote for a black man"....alternative: vote for Republican candidate and commit heresy.....guess who won?.....or another late aunt whose return address label said, "ALWAYS a Democrat"......"Ronald Reagan ruined my life"..OR... in the midst of 911, "George Bush is NOT my President"......her son, an accomplished lawyer, switched parties to the GOP...she NEVER spoke to him again before her death....with Biden as the Dem candidate, "he is the best for the country".......BUT if Biden was the GOP candidate with all of his current baggage, gaffes, accusations, etc., they'd collectively launch a tirade worse than Hiroshima.....hypocrites?...naw not a chance......think I've attended a family function in the last 12+ years?.....think again....

Damn OT, a person who disavows their child because of their political affiliation (or where they live, who they love etc) is an empty vessel.  Miserable.

The problem is not whether or not TR is telling the truth...the problem is that Biden (and the others mentioned) refuses to play by the rules of the game he set in place.  The fact that they used those rules to destroy people just makes it all the more gross tech (as a lady I used to work with used to say.)

Looks like Megyn Kelly is doing a sit down interview with Tara Reade.

She's probably the perfect person to conduct this, she is pretty much straight down the middle.  I would expect her to ask difficult questions to Tara Reade and have her tell her side of the story.

And from Reade's perspective this is a good choice as well, she doesn't want to go with a mainstream outlet because she probably doesn't believe she will get a fair shake and she doesn't want to go to a right leaning network like FOX, so she doesn't have her story seen as something helping the right.

I'll tune in.

Quote

Megyn Kelly announced on Thursday she will be interviewing Tara Reade, who has accused former Vice President Joe Biden of sexual assault, promising the exclusive sit-down will offer "a ton of news."

"MK EXCLUSIVE: Former Biden staffer #TaraReade, who accuses FMR VP #JoeBiden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, sits down w/me in her first on-camera interview since Mr. Biden denied her accusations. Her story & some tough Q’s in a riveting exchange. A ton of news coming," Kelly wrote to her more than 2 million followers on Twitter.

“She gets very candid, very emotional, and handles many direct challenges to her account. She also has a message directly for the former president,” Kelly told The Hill when contacted later on Thursday.

Kelly used to work for Fox that will be the angle used to discredit the interview.

Ummm it is getting harder to not believe Tara Reade.

Court filing by her ex-husband. (1996)

</snip>

A court document from 1996 shows former Senate staffer Tara Reade told her ex-husband she was sexually harassed while working for Joe Biden in 1993.

The declaration — exclusively obtained by The Tribune in San Luis Obispo, California — does not say Biden committed the harassment nor does it mention Reade’s more recent allegations of sexual assault.

Reade’s then-husband Theodore Dronen wrote the court declaration. Dronen at the time was contesting a restraining order Reade filed against him days after he filed for divorce, Superior Court records show.

</snip>

In the filing dated March 25, 1996, Dronen testified that he met Reade in the spring of 1993 while the two worked for separate members of Congress in Washington, D.C.

Dronen wrote that Reade told him she “eventually struck a deal with the chief of staff of the Senator’s office and left her position.”

“It was obvious that this event had a very traumatic effect on (Reade), and that she is still sensitive and effected (sic) by it today,” Dronen wrote.

Talking about black makeup if right leaning is a discharagable offense.  If you are a Democrat you are allowed to wear black makeup with no issues.

HE DIDN’T? Joe Biden Says He Campaigned For Democrats “in 1918.”

And yes, I know that he just misspoke.

But as long as every syllable of President Tump's words are being parsed, I will hold Joe to the same standard.....................fair ?

Not fair. Joe was simply using rhetorical flourish, and had a stuttering problem when he was a child in the 1740's. He's not nuts.

Trump, on the other hand, is an actual literal super mecha-Nazi.

Ok was he arrested or temporarily detained?  The “lovely group of women“ comment aside it would be interesting to find out.  You follow a “lovely group of women” mistakenly into an all girl dorm you may get stopped and detained. But it takes more than “mistakenly” following them to get arrested.   I wonder what the arrest record (if there is one) says.

BIDEN SOLD OUT AMERICA TO CHINA WHILE WORKING FOR HOLLYWOOD:

“Some of you were there. Literally when by end of that lunch we had a handshake,” Biden boasted to the MPAA. “The next year the number of blockbuster foreign films showing in China has increased by over half and our share of the box office revenue has doubled — or your share of the box office revenue has doubled.”

“Keep me in mind for Chris [Dodd’s]* assistant later,” he joked.

Biden understandably lost track of the difference between “your share” and “our share” because Hollywood has been a reliable fundraising machine for Biden. What was good for Hollywood was also good for Biden. Katzenberg got Oriental Dream Works, a $330-million joint venture with the PRC, and eventually hosted Biden’s first Southern California fundraiser which brought in $700K.

2012 was a big year for the adulterous nuptials of Hollywood and the Chinese Communist Party.

A few months after the meeting between Biden and Xi, China’s Wanda Group bought AMC Theaters for $2.6 billion. The Wanda Group, run by a billionaire Communist oligarch with close ties to regime officials, is working on a Communist theme park, and its investors allegedly include Xi’s sister. Beyond just owning the theaters, Wanda owns the Legendary Group which has a hand in a long list of movies from Spike Lee’s BlacKKKlansman, to Pokemon, along with the King Kong and Jurassic Park sequels.

The only reason Hollywood movies can play in China is because the Communist leadership directly profits from them and controls what goes into them, either directly through ownership, or by forcing the industry to submit scripts for the approval of its Communist censors. HUAC would be superfluous today. The big studios who make up the MPAA are all working for the Communists. And they’re proud of it.

As Jim Geraghty wrote in October, when the CCP-NBA connection exposed for millions of Americans to see:

We’re Not Exporting Our Values to China — We’re Importing Theirs.

I’m starting to think that even if Trump crushes Biden up on the debate stage, which he will.........

it won’t even matter as a lot of people don’t care if Biden is a rapist or not and can’t hold a coherent thought.

The message is to regain Presidential power AT ANY COST.

Biden campaign ramps up digital staff amid tech woes, Democrat pressure

by Adam Shaw

Original Article

Presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s campaign is beefing up its digital staff, just as it had been hit by a series of technical problems at a virtual event on Thursday -- and amid alarm bells from Democratic allies that it is lagging behind the Trump campaign on the digital battlefield.

You want a positive comment on Obama? He redefined social media campaigning. Especially against John McCain, who was essentially Dorf On Golf.

You want a negative comment on Biden? How stupid do you have to be to not leverage what you saw with Obama and complete FUBAR the technology that allows you do to virtual town halls. The image is so clear of Biden, sitting in his basement, staring at his Victrola, yelling out loud "Why can't I see anyone? Is it on? Am I on now?"

I don't care what you think of Trump, but if you think Biden offers a better choice, you're braindead.

JOE BIDEN’S BINDERS FULL OF WOMEN:

Now, as Mr. Biden considers his options for prospective vice presidents, his position mirrors Mr. McCain’s in 2008, to an extent: a septuagenarian statesman-candidate, primed to face a political celebrity in the general election, hoping that his choice can inject urgent energy into his campaign while sending a powerful signal to female voters who might have hoped to see a woman atop the ballot in November.

It is not lost on Mr. Biden that whomever he chooses might well be elected the nation’s first female president after his turn, or at least become a new front-runner for the distinction. He has called himself a “bridge” to the next generation of Democratic leaders, a transitional figure whose chief goal is the removal of President Trump. That Mr. Biden is a 77-year-old man likely to accept the nomination during a pandemic has attached even weightier stakes to his decision.

At this point, the New York Times and/or Biden appears to have a touch of gender confusion:

In private encounters before this campaign, Mr. Biden has likened running-mate evaluation to deciding among calendar models, with three broad categories (and outdated honorifics): Contenders can be a “Mr. August” (a shot of momentum in the summer), a “Mr. October” (a reliable and effective campaigner for the fall) or a “Mr. January” (a governing partner, politics notwithstanding).

Some close to Mr. Biden say that his process will be informed by one intuitive, if often overlooked, fact: He thinks he was a very good pick — a combination of Mr. October and Mr. January, at minimum — and views his own blend of résumé and campaign chops with high regard.

“It was a governing pick with political benefits,” Anita Dunn, a top adviser to Mr. Biden in 2020 and to Mr. Obama in 2008, said with a laugh. “The best kind of governing pick.”

The “said with a laugh” comment is a nice touch.

Note that Joe Biden will have the help of Chris “Waitress Sandwich” Dodd to help rifle through his binders full of “calendar models” and make the final selection.
