I know a few people in area law enforcement. Most escort services or parlors are very careful to avoid any woman that looks underage. Wow, never thought THAT for a second! It’s part of the seedy underworld we know so little about, but is much larger than we could ever imagine. And it’s hard to imagine any more horrific. Within a couple miles of my pretty nice neighborhood of Sherman Oaks in LA, there are at least ten little massage parlors, most of which look like they are run by Asians. I'm pretty sure, without knowing, that you may be able to get sex in a couple of them. I would bet a lot of money that most of them are legit and not one of them is part of a human trafficking ring. But I don't know for sure, and don't know anyone that has used one of them. Human trafficking is disgraceful and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, but it's naive to think there are not a lot of women willingly making these transactions. It's the oldest profession in the world.
