Meanwhile as I literally type this, my girl is once again on hold with MS tech support to figure out what is going on with her Surface Pro, which has already had to be replaced once before even though she has owned less than a year. And not only is the actual Surface Pro crashing/freezing again, she has had to once again replace her charger yesterday making it the 3rd charger now since she got it less than a year ago. Me: iPad all the way. Her: Ready to throw her surface pro in the ocean. She has iPad mini too, also zero problems with that in the 2 years she had it. She said go iPad.
