The Raiders will have 3 first round picks in the 2019 draft. If Gruden doesn't think Carr is the long-term starter and someone like Jacksonville is willing to give you like two first round picks for him, why not? That'd give you four first round picks this year and three next year. You could completely rebuild a team with that many first round picks in two years.
