I would guess most players woulld rather err on the side of playing too soo after or too much after an injury, but apparently Davis is not one of those. I'm guessing that his attitude will insure that he is more of a bandaid fix than a long term solution to having an outside corner to pair with White. That said, the Bills may be able to get a good productive season out of him here in 2018. If they can do that, then they can try and figure out a long term answer in the offseason. Oops. After reading his twitter statement, I have to take that all back. The Bills are going to have to look,. I guess, to find someone who can play. Hopefully gaines can get and stay healthy, and Taron Johnson too, but they're going to need one more guy they can rely on. Maybe they can re-sign that guy from the Patriots. He could have sucked it up for one more half of football and done this away from the field, not in the middle of a game where he was a distraction to his teammates. I hope there is a way they can not pay him to he doesn't deserve a penny more then what he got paid to this point !! I don't see how he can expect to get paid it's almost like he signed with the intention of screwing the Bills over for a pay check ! Retire on Monday. This is all about him meeting the absolute minimum required to get paid. What a bum.
