The audio clip is the most chilling and disturbing thing I have ever heard.

Hearing the screaming after the shots and then a pause with more gun shot followed by the screams of pain from the victims.

Just mortifying

Welcome to America!  We love this sort of thing down here!

Happens every few weeks and we don't do a damned thing about it!

Thanks that is what I thought at first.  Thought it changed.

No harm... You delved deeper!

See:  All the ones criticizing Boatdrinks and me this morning!  How confusion starts!

Confusion has never been the result of one of your posts.  Nope, not ever.

Video games started getting too serious circa 1989, ya dig?

I was going to watch that this past weekend. I have it on DVD.

I'm choosing not to listen to o it for that reason. I dont need that playing back in my head over and over.

Why are we televising and rewarding "e-sports" now?

All you're doing is taking some very vulnerable factions of society and exposing them to money and fame.

We lose our minds over college kids getting paid to play NCAA football but we're all ok with a 15 year old winning $250,000 playing a video game and commentators going heavy on the criticism for all the losers.

The concept of playing team sports and activities in school isn't necessarily to win them but teach kids how to handle winning *and* losing and the ups and downs.  You won't win every game.  Every Popsicle bridge you spent hours building in STEM won't hold 25lbs.  Not every shop project is going to be a Norm Abrams masterpiece.

Imagine hearing about the Colorado theater shooting and the first concern that pops into your mind is “oh geez thoughts and prayers for christian bale and christopher nolan I hope their careers don’t suffer by being associated with this shooting. Why did the media have to do their job and report the title of the movie?”

Like if you don’t think that is ridiculous I don’t know what to say to you. Go ahead and report again for calling you out.

Why??

This type of crime happens everyday in the US, twice in Chicago alone.

We are desensitized to the point that we do not care. It’s Normal.

Just another mentally deranged person with a gun. Welcome to America where we care more about guns than lives esp. kids.
