I still believe all this is a result of an over sexualized culture that just continues to get worse and worse

Very good point. The constant exposure to sexualized content in media  must play some role in human behavior.

I think the larger *female* harassment issue that gets ignored is the pervasive epidemic of female teachers preying on the children in their classrooms.  Why do women do that?

More specifically, why do attractive, successful, and more often than not, young (20s, 30s) women do that?  Where does that pedophilia start?  Is it always there?

i don't speed very often...therefore i haven't had a speeding ticket in 5 years and that's the only one in 14 years.  i never sent naked pics unwarranted and never randomly asked girls to touch me.  Therefore i've never been accused of sexual harassment. Are there girls who make stuff up? yup but it is the incredible minority.

You'll have to qualify exactly what your training, experience, and education is in these regards; because it seems to be extraordinarily prejudicial in these regards.  You've been trained in enforcement, not biological understanding.

You've also attempted to create a strawman argument.  You'll note that in each post I have taken labors to firmly state that women, like anyone else, have the absolute right to be free from assault.  You've also, quite sneakily, tried to equate assault and harassment.  There is no moral sameness there, and I reject that argument.

The concept of what constitutes "harassment" is where the entire crux of this argument lies; and again, women won what feminists considered a major victory with the societal acceptance of sexuality as transactional in nature.  If "kitty is power" is a legitimate statement, then the bar for what should be construed as unacceptable behavior rising to a problematic level of harassment is very high.

Well let me see, my undergraduate and graduate degrees are in psychology, I have over 10,000 or so research articles (that I have actually read over the years) on human behavior in my library, and I have conducted training nationally and internationally for mental health professionals, attorneys, and investigators regarding offender behaviors from evolutionary and personality perspectives. So, a little more than just training in enforcement...

This is why I don't understand why more black men don't vote for Republicans or candidates who aren't full blown feminists.

Left wingers are huge feminazis who pretty much hate men and want to destroy their lives. Those feminists don't care when women touch men inappropriately or make inappropriate comments about them. Read a feminists twitter and you can see the amount of hatred they have for men.

How can you possibly not understand basic human nature then?

You must understand.   Most people don't think for themselves when it comes to politics.   They vote like mom or dad did - and very often fall victim to people telling them what they want to hear - in other words - manipulated.

Bolding mine.

Again, this is an admission, as much as you might not like it to be, that your area of expertise is in enforcement.  Your talking about offender behaviors.  This is an exceptionally prejudicial lens to demand we view the discussion through.

I'll stop short of being dismissive, because there is value there; but your discipline lends itself far more towards patholization than anything else.

Here's another issue. Some woman are incredibly naive. They litterally have no idea that the outfit they're wearing (even if it's completely appropriate in public) is giving the guy next to her an erection.

I worked with a guy who litterally would get turned on by a chic from the most subtle thing. So Ya, a chic goes to work with a skirt and high heels and thinks nothing of it, while the guy across from her is fantasizing that she looks like the chic in the porn he watched last night. You can kinda see why these things happen. I'm not saying woman shouldn't wear heels or something, just making the point that when you overly sexualize a culture this is what happens

Ever work in the restaurant industry? I'll guarantee you most women who work in a restaurant have had sex with at least 3 of the guys that work there...same thing about hospitals...many nurses are a special kind of freak...I know guys who were RT's in hospitals and doctors and had literally banged half the nurses that worked there, many times during work hours...it happens a LOT more than you think.  Just might not have happened to you.

No I have never worked in the restaurant industry or in a hospital.  I have dated women I have met through work.  We have just managed to act like the professionals we are in the office and left our flirting and sexual contact where it belongs..... which is NOT in the workplace.

If you read the allegations this goes far beyond simple flirting. I don't know that the allegations are true, so far it is just the one woman alleging these things and that makes me skeptical. But if the allegations are true these guys were sending her naked pictures and videos and putting their hands down her pants at work. You have to admit that's disgusting behavior worthy of a lawsuit.

Because what we are talking about is not "basic human nature." Many posters in this thread want to conflate the frivolous accusations that arise out of harmless behaviors designed to do nothing more than show a sexual interest in a woman with legitimate issues women have faced in regard to sexual assault and sexual harassment

A little less Limbaugh in your life correlates to less agita and a closer relationship to life as it actually is.
