Jeremy Maclin (Agrees to 2 year deal with Ravens)

Recommended Posts

The upside for him is low in this Bills offense, so while it would be a good get, I think it likely wouldn't be very beneficial for Maclin due to that low upside.

He's either looking to win, or he's looking at a chance to prove himself for a chance at another nice deal.

lol Immediate number two on this roster with a QB whose best pass is the deep ball which is perfect for a speedster like Maclin. Had to get a shot in again with your crazy agenda.

It's just so hard to get excited without a quarterback

Your point is well taken, but you know they are trying to win in '17 if they are signing guys like Maclin. If they can get him inked, there should be no more talk of any tank efforts.

Okay, how about it's hard to get excited without a quarterback AND being in the Patriots division

I promise you that SOMEBODY will be behind center on game days

as far as the Patriots.....why stop there

It must suck to be in the AFC Conference

for that matter

it must suck to be in the NFL....I mean the patriots play there

CANCEL THE SEASON

I think we can agree that it would be nice to someday have a quarterback that can win the game without the entire team being perfect no?

Drew Breez doesnt win.....what is his excuse?

"The entire team being perfect"

Not gonna get drawn down this rabbit whole......if you think this team is "perfect" this is not a conversation worth having

Watkins, Maclin, Z. Jones, Clay

Maclin, Watkins, Zay & Holmes....or

Woods, Goodwin, Hunter & Powell...hmmm

What I'll note has been dicey in a lot of the comparisons is taking an essentially fully healthy 90 man and comparing it to the most depleted version of last year.

Sammy healthy makes us better. This time last year we thought he'd be healthy. Maybe he is but odds are there's some other injury on the horizon for a starter somewhere too though.

So saying better losing a proven NFL Pro over a unknown 2nd round pick

Same because lost a top end CB and replaced with unknown 1st round pick

How do we know Dawkins as a rookie is better than Mills.

LBers (3-4 lbers by they way going to be better in a 4-3 hmmm optimistic much)

Kicker we are better though.

How many games did Gilmore, Woods, and Mills win us?

Do you think this move makes Barnridge more or less likely to sign here? We're obviously not tanking and maybe he'd see the potential?

1 year deal?..

Too greedy here?

Getting Maclin would certainly help to convince him that OBD might be a more attractive destination for him. Both of them would be great!
