....strange how these "mea culpas" are surfacing now........seance with J Edgar has 'em scared??............

I am still scratching my head trying to figure out what these goobers think they are accomplishing giving these interviews... hoping for a sympathetic jury?

They are almost all attorneys, worked with attorneys and/or have attorneys representing them (I would hope). You would think someone would have have told them to STFU ohhhh ... a few years ago. Certainly as soon as they realized they were under investigation, or when they were fired, or when the OIG report came out, or when....

Stupid idjits, the lot of them. "Best and brightest"  "elites" "our betters" my Aunt Fanny.

They're cuddled in their safe spaces, protected by the fawning media that is beholden to them for story lines. They're never challenged about the assertions - no matter how outrageous their pronouncements are. The media then parrots the talking points they've been given and the echos resound across the media chambers... "The beginning of the end. He's going to fire Mueller. We have to protect Mueller. This is a bombshell! Trump will have to resign..." It went on and on since he became the Republican nominee and it continues unabated.

The ONLY thing that will change things is if the DOJ starts to bring charges against the people that the IG Horowitz remanded to the AG for investigation. There has been no news on that front as of yet. Perhaps those cases have been forwarded to Durham.

Time will tell. Time will tell.

Literally the entire upper echelon of the FBI was referred for possible criminal prosecution by the IG report. Not the middle managers and low level agents. The leadership tier and director(s).

McCabe is a liar. He committed sedition at best, treason at worst. He deserves to be perp walked out of CNN on live TV, or a no-knock raid at 6am.

Interesting, I'd love to see the decision - specifically how the judge got around the doctrine of Dual Sovereigns (which allows for prosecution by both the feds and state for the same acts.)

How on earth can McCabe go on TV and comment on this?

I enjoyed this at the end:

"It's not the one drop of water, it's the bathtub filling up that is going to drown you."

Yep. Get your shower shoes, Leftists.

...are you  out on bail or still on the run?..............

Actually jail is sort of a cozy place for him. He's widely praised for "catching everything that comes his way" while simultaneously being nicknamed "Carp" for being the most proficient "bottom feeder" in his cell block.

I don’t know if WNY’s own Wolf Blitzer ever had any substantial moral fiber, but this q&a session with McCabe is disgraceful.  He’s at the center of one of the biggest debacles in the history of the FBI, he was escorted from the premises and stripped of his pension, and is now dancing around the issue like an organ grinders monkey and Wolf is laying at his feet like a submissive. It’s even amazing that he accepted some BS new age “baked in” explanation...the FBI is brought to its knees because some flunky on the first floor made a typo on page 7?

Salvage some pride Wolf. There had to be a time when you rolled out of bed to deliver the Courier Express, or walked down Delaware Avenue with the wind cutting through you like a knife, rubber boots with buckles broken and your sneakers getting wet, your feet freezing but you made it through. You’re basically a neutered house cat, 35 pounds of fat on a 15 pound frame playing in a sandbox full of your own #$@&.

This douche could interview Epstein tomorrow and fail to ask him if he killed himself.

Why hasn’t McCabe been indicted yet?  What is Barr waiting for?
