At this point, the Bills need to be prepared to sign another QB at the prospect of Tuel being the only healthy QB who knows the playbook or has taken a snap with the 1st team offense. Thad's xrays were neg but who knows how the ankle will be swollen tomorrow and if he can practice/play. They leave for Miami in 6 days. Whaley is just doing his job. and as far as people ragging on Flynn that he was on an airplane today and not a football field... did you expect the Bills the execute a trade for an active QB on game day? It's been confirmed that Flynn is in town and will meet with the Bills on Monday. It's not a question. I don't get the Minnesota connetion btw? Do the Vikes want him too? Not sure, though maybe he had a connecting flight... the Wild played in St. Paul on Saturday night and are in Buffalo for a game against the Sabres on Monday night. But they brought in Dixon for that didnt they? IMO, they have seen all they need with Tuel. He's not their guy. He was terrified when he had to go in against the Browns. Not what you want out of an NFL QB. They saw all they needed this week (practice and game) with Lewis and know he's their guy going forward (backup or starter remains to be seen). Tuel is toast IMO.
