  1. Def trying to be positive. He has not looked good. When people say "he made some nice throws" that is setting the bar way too low. Go watch any level of football and lots of guys make some good throws. It is obviously way to early to make a final judgement on the guy. But if your being honest he is way behind many rookie qb's that are forced to start early. He actually looks a bit like Kaep in his first year or tow with less athleticism.
  2. K Benjamin just looks done out there. Mentally and physically. He has no speed. He drops passes. He wants to go down immediately after a catch. I think its part physical. He has lost a step or more and cannot do what he used to. He also seems checked out mentally. Maybe he has the attitude "my QB's cant get the ball to me so why try". Remember this is the guy that said if not for Cam he would have put up better numbers. Do you cut the cord now?

  5. I hope this all changes. But thus far: Allens best quality is his heart and toughness. But otherwise there is a lot to be desired. His passing skills to this point are inferior to EJ Manuel at this stage. That is the truth. EJ was also 2-2 after 4 games.
  6. Yes he looks lost at times. I can accept that. His presence when he is under pressure looked ok last week but was awful this week. I can handle that too. What I am most concerned with is the accuracy issues. He will still just flat out miss some throws. I am hopeful he gets better, but sometimes if that is the report on the guy it just is what it is.
  7. Ivory - He is a serviceable player. But in today's NFL RB's are a dime a dozen. So I would suggest we are overpaying for a the type of production we get out of him. Though dont hate what he brings to the table. But look around the league - Breida, AP, Lindsay, Mixon, J Howard, and on and on. Half or more of the top 10 rushers are randoms making $1M or less.
  8. So the first year its because the QB. But this year its called doing well? He is basically putting up the same numbers as last year and no dropped game winning pass like last year. Lets keep it real. He did not play well last year and has not this year. QB does not matter.
  9. He is what he is https://www.pro-football-reference.com/coaches/DaboBr0.htm
  10. I dont think they actually care what YOU think. You can either come along for the ride or not.
  11. There can only be one sack per play. He is lucking out from the guys around him being even worse than him.
  12. I am tired of hearing people say "this year is what last year was supposed to be". So because we were better last year than people thought the team gets a pass to be awful this year?
  13. Good comparison. He works hard ad helps clean up the mess. Doesnt create pressure on his own but keeps going after it.
  14. That is the point so many seem to miss. In games when Tyrod does not play or teams before and after home they do worse. He may not be the franchise guy but he is better than many of the alternatives. That is a valuable asset in that he can hold the fort down until you find the guy. It is quite ignorant to say that he is as awful as many try to say. Bottom line is he can start in this league and win in this league.
  15. We have a coach that has chosen multiple times to start Peterman. We have signed multiple players that choose to retire over being a Bill. Our team is getting destroyed on the regular. Yet we are talking about Tyrod sucking? It is like the 400 lb girl with a beard making fun of the super hot girl for having a pimple.
  16. People come to the Bills to relax and sometimes even retire. They know the expectations are low.
  17. They could be 2-0 very easily with a competent kicker. Not bad if you ask me for an 0-16 team. Tyrod does what he does. Not very flashy number wise, but keeps you in the game.
  18. Nobody can predict what is going to happen. How good the team will be in a few years. What they will do with the top 5 draft pick and ton of cap to spend. What we do know is they have made many questionable decisions thus far. They have made the cap situation worse. They have appeared to added some bad contracts, The free agent signings have failed for the most part. They do not seem to have a good read on players - Davis this year, Boldin last year, etc. So we all have reason to be worried, With all the money in the world and picks to make what have we see that gives us confidence? Who is to say with $100M to spend we dont wind up with a bunch more of Star, Davis, Boldin, Coleman, AJM, Murphy, Bodine, Newhouse, Ivory, K Benjamin, J Matthews, etc. What signings or trades have worked?
  19. Rumor is Tyler just retired from football half way through his try out...
