Getting ahead of ourselves here but what do we do with this guy when his contract is up? He just cant stay on the field. And when he does he goes invisible sometimes as well. I dont know if any team would be willing to pay him. If we do it feels like one of those wasted contracts that will sit on the IR half the year.

Some of these rules should be worked on by the NFL. In a waiver situation if I a guy doesnt report then the transaction should be voided, including any corresponding move. Or the corresponding move should not be required until the player reports. Player going IR should have some cap relief. Prorate salary based on how many games they played or something.

Not quite. Brown started 10 games as a rookie and Bernard was behind Edmunds and Milano and not expected to contribute. We had a need to DE due to injuries etc and Jackson still could not get on the field and was falling behind guys.

Dude was 1-6 in 7 games last year. Never threw over 200 yards. He was sacked 33 times in those 7 games. He was a mess.

Yeah it seemed pretty blatant. Add in that false start as well and the tripping non-call. At least 4 bad calls when the game is on the line.

Steeler O was bad. I take the win. But the Bills O today does not beat most teams. You’re not gonna win a one dimensional game vs better teams. And we know most teams will be able to score. That pit o today, play and coaching decisions, is one of the worst showings I have seen.

I would hate to be a steeler fan. That is a bad football team with not a lot to look forward to. They are stuck in the forever 9-8 football.
