  1. Very confusing. I guess I don’t understand nfl rules anymore.
  2. Dont trade any draft capital...where would this team be without our first round picks the past couple season? Wait...
  3. Benjamin is the only bad move. The other two drastically helped this team.
  4. More jet sweep / end arounds to Knox...
  5. Well Colts just grabbed Pratt. I guess we have Spector though...
  6. You do everything you can the next 3-5 years. Push the cap hits out in the distance. When Allen is done you take the lumps for a couple years. Get an early pick to grab a QB and start the cycle over.
  7. Actually the Dolphins was typical - We take the lead 28-21 with 7 mins left. The Dolphins drive all the way down to the Bills 21 yard and milk the clock down to 3 minutes. They are solid position to essentially run the clock down as they tie or even win the game with a point conversation. What happens? Tua throws a pick on a 1st down play when they probably should have been running the ball.
  8. These rarely work out but...AJ Brown to the Bills https://atozsports.com/nfl/buffalo-bills-news/linked-game-changing-receiver-sure-to-make-josh-allen-happy-trade-deadline/
  9. McD has never been able to "stop" people. They rely on either the O makes a mistake and you get a turnover. They will give up a few first downs but at some point there will be penalty and will stall a drive. There will be a drop or other mistake that kills a drive. Very rarely have we seen them be aggressive and just own the offense. That is not McD style. Its the they can dop whatever they want but at some point are gonna mess up.
  10. You are missing an important point. Brady is the smartest guy in the room. When other teams see these personnel changes they get so confused. They don’t know what to do. When they see Palmer on the field, alongside Coleman, they need to rethink their whole game plan. They thought about stopping cook, Allen, Kincaid, but now they have to try and stop Palmer on the fly. I don’t know if any D coordinator can figure that one out. The bills just have way too many weapons.
  11. I appreciate a team at any record recognizing a weakness and trying to address it. Or we can just cover our eyes and pretend like its not there.
  12. Treylon Burks available for a waiver pickup. He fits the profile of the moves we make at WR.
  13. Two moves made by BAL that the Bills should have been looking at.
  14. BAL bring in Gardner-Johnson and Gilman
  15. All this PS talk. The issue is we need more than PS players right now. We need starters and actual contributors.
  16. So much short term memory or lack of real memory. The Bills had a ton of ~8-8 seasons with guys like Edwards, Losman, Taylor, an old Bledsoe, Orton, etc. You cant tell me Allen replacing any of those QB's does not drastically change things. Additionally many of those years were in a much tougher AFC east with 6 tough games compared to the past few years in the division. I would expect a capable HC to inherit this team with Josh Allen and achieve at least similar results. The Bills win more games from either playing crappy teams or Josh Allen balling out than coaching or game plan genius.
  17. No stone unturned and the only LB still stuck under a stone from getting plowed is Spector.
  18. Its because all the ex Carolina players are too old now.
  19. Only 5th round or later rookies can learn the system fast. Anyone else takes too long so is pointless to look at.
  20. We dont CJ Gardner-Johnson or Jabril Peppers. Heck we dont need to look at Germaine Pratt. We have the mighty Baylon Spector... And they can only do that because Josh Allen. Take Allen away and I bet these guys are out of job.
  21. What they need to get back to is more Cook out of the backfield vs this look. You have the WR on right run a slant or drag taking his CB and the S help, then you have Cook out quick to right flat. If they dont send help to WR you have him and if they do Cook should be able to free up.
  22. I wish they looked at Pickens, cheap contract and didn't cost a lot. I honestly didnt think White would even make the team let alone a guy getting 80%+ of the snaps.
  23. I am sure he will to defend himself. I mean but who in their right mind could predict: Coleman - Would be what his scouting report said and that he lacks speed and separation ability. Palmer - An average NFL WR would just be an average NFL WR and not a game changer. Moore - See Palmer Samuel - See Moore and Palmer
  24. I would rather get a Safety anyway. But Hairston has not even played an NFL preseason game. Who knows when he is healthy and what he will bring. So I would not be against if someone is available. We need multiple bodies in the secondary.
  25. Sometimes its easier for people to just say but our O scores 30 per game and we have made the playoffs every year. Rather than looking at what it could be with a different WR crew or philosophy etc. Maybe we have multiple super bowl wins. The results can be good and still be limiting the full potential. We have generational talent at QB. Better coaches, skill players, etc is he a guy that gets multiple rings? But keeping him in this system he scores a lot points, wins some mvp's, but never the ultimate prize? I dont know, but worth thinking about vs. just we dont need to change anything bc we score a lot already.
