Hopefully our revamped defensive line is up to the task now. It's a major upgrade, in my opinion. While I do somewhat agree, the Rams are still a pretty dang good team. They have stars and a QB who is very talented. They are one of those teams that can put it all together and look like the best team in the league for one week.

Dane Jackson is going into his 3rd year. There shouldn't be any slump for him. But I think Bradberry would not have viewed the Bills as an ideal situation since we have Tre White and the just drafted a first round corner. And I don't think Beane was willing to give him that big of a contract anyway.

I agree. The Chargers need to show they can even make the playoffs. They have been talked up for years, but they always shoot themselves in the foot. Baltimore is another team to consider, although the Bills have defended Jackson pretty well when we have played them. But they should be a pretty strong team this year. I have to see the Broncos put it all together until I believe they are a true contender. But they have a ton of potential. KC should still be good, but I think they are a lot less scary this year compared to previous years.
-
Of course, but I don't think it is likely.
-
Which is the same fate of any decent team without a good QB. What it does do for you as a HC and GM is give you a bit more job security. If you make the playoffs you will probably be given another year or two to figure things out and find a QB.
-
Neither are going to be good QB's. Their ceilings are average. If they make the playoffs, it will be painfully obvious that they don't belong. That's where the real QB's are separated from the chumps. Happened to Mac Jones and Ryan Tannehill last year in the playoffs. He can be a starter, just not a really good starter. Which is kind of the same as not having a QB at all.
-
He is old and just missed all of last year due to injury. He might catch on with a team in training camp.
-
Hilarious that you take your opinion as gospel. It may bother you, but it doesn't bother everyone. Tons of people are going to buy these. Your opinion is not more valid than theirs.
-
Then don't buy them. Problem solved.

So you think there is a scenario where our 49-32 (.605 win percentage), multiple playoff game winning, multiple division winning, extremely well respected coach is going to lose his job after this season? It would take a massive scandal. That's the only possible way. You might as well find another team to root for if you don't like Sean McDermott. He is going to be the coach for a very long time. You don't let coaches like him who have built a winning organization and culture go. There isn't a single person in the organization that deserves more recognition for what Buffalo has become than him. And frankly, I find it hilarious and sad that there are Bills fans who don't like him. Grow up.

I wish it was someone more trustworthy claiming this. -
Packers are in London that week, aren't they.

They came to Buffalo in 2020. It's not like it has happened a bunch of times in a row. Can't include the playoffs. That is determined by seeding.

Passing highlights from Dolphins practice (called completions everywhere else).

That may be the topic of Brady's next tik tok video.

Schobel was a good player. Better than Hughes, and the stats show that. I don't think either should be on the wall of fame.
-
Nothing you said there qualifies a player to be on the wall of fame. Being a good player and well respected should not be enough. Agreed. Schobel was honestly a better player than Hughes too, and he will not make the wall. Hughes isn't going to make the wall either, and if he does, that significantly cheapens the honor. It should be reserved for elite players with stats, accolades, and historic contributions to the team.

Hughes was a good player. He wasn't really a leader. I see that some fans really like him, and I kind of wonder what is super appealing about his personality. Not that I didn't like him, because I did, but I just always felt like he was just one of Bills players, not some player that everyone loved because of his great leadership and personality like a Kyle Williams or Fred Jackson. So, in my mind I don't view him as a wall of fame candidate at all. As a player he had no pro bowls or all pro seasons. He just played a lot of football. That shouldn't get you on the wall of fame. Another guy I don't think should be added to the wall is Fred Jackson (because he wasn't a great player, just a good player on a horrible team), but I would put him on way before Jerry Hughes. I'm totally in support of Kyle Williams being added. There's another thread about Butch Byrd and that's a no brainer. There are a lot of players I would want to be added before Hughes. What is it about Hughes that you are drawn to as a fan besides just the long tenure that speaks to his worthiness as a wall of fame candidate?

Most popular NFL teams in the world- per one survey .. Bills #2

Canada and Eastern Europe. So basically the cold places. And a few others... -
Yeah. I don't even see the point of a poll like this. Poll a team who picked one of the other guys and they'd win on their respective message boards too.
