The Bills were in deep cap trouble and they couldn't sign a 3rd or 4th WR on the team for a $16-20M deal (as that would have been his asking rate for staying back with the Bills).
I agree...Rivers and Rothelisberger got a lot of help during their early years by having two of the best TEs to have played the game. Both Gates and Heath Miller were fantastic in providing a great option for their young QBs and at the same time block and keep the QB upright. I hope Josh gets one of those type of guys rather than some scruffs who couldn't get separation or wouldn't come back and make a play
It is also possible for Arizona to keep Rosen and still draft Murray. They would have two young QBs that can fight it out and then there may be a better trade value for Rosen. Rosen's contract is cheap to carry to next year. I hope they don't trade him to Miami and New England. Rosen is very good and don't need the Bills to deal with him twice a year.
On board for BPA except at key skill positions: QB, DE, OT, CB. There is always exceptions when it comes to those four positions of need...You always reach!!!!
she is doing her job...trying to bring predictability to their predictions !!!!!
IT is not that the statistical analysis is difficult. The Modeling is what is difficult and the sample data size in NFL Draft is small enough for it be anything but accurate.
Just think if history repeats again...just for a different team...The Patriots will thank Mo Lewis for building their dynasty thanks to his nasty hit on Drew Bledsoe...May be this is the same for our guy (just in a slightly different situation)
I think OP was meaning having continuity with the same 5 as starters during OT and TC instead of rotating them in the starting line up every day in TC.
This!!! and how upset he was when we lost of the Jets....He made a game winning throw after being chased around...only to be dropped...the agony shown on his face....
