The talent is there(especially on the defense). Now they have to get some weapons and protection for Allen. The one other thing you also see in these games is the OL protecting their QB. It is horrendous to see how the chiefs OL are just standing and watching the Pats take down Mahomes.

Jaguars is a team built to win now. They will definitely look at the Veteran QB market before jumping to the draft.

I think we already spent money at the DT position with the contract for Star. They also need to sign Phillips which would be a more reasonable contract. The Bills also need to decide on the 5th year option for Lawson...that could be big bucks to spend.

Work on the short passing game. Throw those slants that allows WR and RBs to gain yards after catch Make clutch throws to keep drives alive HoF QBs like Brady, Brees, Ben and Rodgers - This is what they do well and really WELL!!!! He really has to work on the 1st two. If gets to move the chains the big plays will come. A lot of time his throws were good enough to be caught but the catcher couldn't gain any further yards due to the positioning of the football. This has to change for him to become an effective passer.

I don't think Pouncey would have met the ethical standards set by this organization..his baggage from the Miami Hurricanes time is quite telling

+1. From day one, I was happy to have him as our QB. With Darnold and Mayfield gone, our decision came down to between the two Josh's and each one had their own pro's and cons. Allen fits the mould of this town and was the choice. What he showed through the entire season was the eagerness to *continue* to learn every day and become better. We got the right one!
