Beane and McDermott spend most of their day with these players. I believe they know the best in evaluating these players against their vision and requirements. If their vision is flawed, the results will be there to show for them and their fate will be decided by the owners of the team. They made a decision on who to keep and they can only focus on whom they kept. Hope they evaluated correctly. Go Bills!

Yes. if the Offense is on the field longer, that keeps the defense fresh and they can go after the QB and force him to make mistakes. Stars will emerge. Will the Running game help Allen and not force this team into a one dimensional team

I think people underestimate Lynch's play because he went away from Buffalo and won a Super bowl. He was the heart and soul of that Seattle offense. +1. The fact that Andy Reid signed him only to a ONE year contract is another evidence that he is on the decline!

That is only for 17 weeks in the season ( 1/2 year salary). They have to use that money to pay for their expenses for the whole year. I am not sure what they get for being in TC.

I think the TEs will be big end-zone targets and make the same plays that Williams made in the pre-season. Also, being the 7th WR he is unlikely to be active on game day. So no big deal other than trying to develop him to become a #3 or #4 WR for next year (or for injuries)

And couldn't your pass catching TEs like Knox and Kroft be that big bodied guy that can get the separation in the end zone.

The problem is that even if Duke WIlliams made the roster as the 6th or 7th WR, he mostly would not have dressed up on game day. So a lot of stuff goes into deciding how to get that player from #6 to a #4...The PS is the best place for that.

This plan works when your drafted players turn into blue chip superstars. Hopefully, the bills will get NOT just good players from the last three draft, but they will go on to be super stars collectively

I think Tyree gets to the PS with his play in the 4th quarter of the 4th pre-season game I believe if Allen and Barkley are injured, the Bills will be looking at veteran's who are sitting at home. They are not going to put the game in the hands of Tyree Jackson

The problem is that the Bills cannot part with high draft picks for renting Clowny for one year. Teams not dealing for him in spring has cost him.

Actually they have done a favor to Shady to find a team where he can start. The backfield is crowded in Buffalo and he would have had to share carries with Gore and Singletary.

I think it really comes to if a team wants to take a risk of claiming someone through the waiver wire or if they are willing to part a late round draft pick. The needs and desperation of the team dictates the approach. Good luck to all the Bills who are getting traded because they are in demand.

7 WR's will work if they chose to keep 3 TEs until Tyler Kroft comes back from the PUP list after week 6 or goes on the IR-designated-for-return. However, for the latter, he would have to eb in the 53 man squad first, which means they can only keep 6 WRs.
