  1. Josh Allen has been one of the MOST Polarizing QB in football right from his high school days !!!! He will remain that until he retires from the NFL. There will be many who will root for this kid for his talent and the enthusiasm he shows on the field. There will be equal number of people who will provide their "analytic" view on his stats and his mechanics as the basis for their skepticism. That is how the Jost Allen world exists!
  2. They did re-sign Gaines and drafted that safety from Florida. So technically they have improved from last year. The position where they have gone from the known to the unknown is TE.
  3. Definitely ask Watkins...He played through some tough injuries on his foot.
  4. From the Ultimate Gunslinger - 508 TD vs 336 INT and Big Ben, to whom everyone compares Josh.... 363 TD vs 190 INT On the other hand Tom Brady - 517 TD vs ONLY 171 INT
  5. As always it will be New England !!!
  6. His wretched run continues !!!!!
  7. Part of the reason for having Instant Replay is to remove any chance of a Ref making a *BIASED* call towards one team. If we remove IR, then the *favorite* teams will always get the good calls...May be the NFL will like it! Then they will have the refs like "give it to them" !
  8. Back to Pittsburgh...and they will have their cake and eat it too!
  9. The Air Raiders !!!!
  10. Manning show stay on the sidelines making commercials...He is really good at it.
  11. but we also lost games that we should have won like the ones against Miami and Jets....
  12. All good. At some point these have to translate to wins/ First is building the mindset...I am happy the Bills are on the way on it. They have also stocked up the talent decently with the signing the Center and the two WRs and drafting Oliver and Ford. That is five good players added to the roster. Rest are all a question mark at this time and it is up to this coaching staff to take this team to the next level. Just the addition of those five players should give the bills 2-3 additional wins over last year. And if the coaching staff can find more stars out of this roster, that will add a couple more wins and we will be on our way.
  13. Last year we neither stopped the run or ran the ball effectively. When we do that our team as a whole will improve. The question is "Has Beane provided enough resources to improve those two aspects of the team?"...September will tell us.
  14. I believe the Bills setup is also the same. Sean and Beane report to the Pegulas.
  15. It really comes down to whether Daboll can graduate from a College coordinator to an NFL OC. Even though he was given a poor OL (and coaching) and below average WRs last year, the running game was non-existent. We need him to show us that he can be a great running team by using our RBs and not our QB as the primary runner.
  16. On the flip side, you can also argue on the use of such a player if he cannot get on the field. Good pick to develop for the future. The only issue is that typically RBs don't need to sit and watch for a season. They are usually the most prepared for the NFL. Devin may not get the necessary carries in the fall
  17. All this is good if they are talented enough to win in the NFL. The margin between winning and losing in the NFL is RAZOR THIN. The extra effort on the field is required to win in the NFL
  18. The Bills were 9-7 the previous season and made the playoffs. We fell to 6-10 understandably with roster turnover and a rookie QB..but as fans we expect to quickly get over that and be back in the playoffs.
  19. I feel very good about this draft class...They are going to kick some A...!
  20. Yes. I think it is too early to write him off though.
  21. Declining 5th year option doesn't preclude him signing with the team on a team friendly contract. The Bills have determined that he is not worth 10-12M for the 5th year. May be if he understands the same concept, he could possibly sign a 2-year extension say for $6M per year to improve his skills. It will all depend on whether the Bills want him here and if he wants to continue to be here.
  22. Now it is up to Allen and McCoy to show up on game day against a better OL. We simply cannot run an offense when your QB has the most rushing yards in the season
  23. Can Allen help move the chains. Can he get the short passing game accurate and correct. That will decide our fate.
  24. Injuries hurt us last year and we did go to the 3rd and 4th QBs during the season!!!!
