    He has experienced one going against him twice a year and won 2 games during his 15 year tenure...I am sure there are many a plays where Kyle has wondered "How the hell Tom made that play?"

    Exactly..look at Kansas City..They are a small market team too. They are on 5+ nationally televised games..They earned that right because they took the eventual super bowl champion to the last play in the championship game.

    No. I was just pointing out that McDermott's 2018 season was not without its flaws.

    yeah...and McDermott did bungle the QB position last year...he put a 3-way QB battle at camp, whcih meant no one got in sync with anyone.... secondly he started Peterman and then wasn't patient with him. Then he thrust his rookie QB at the end of the 1st game in a panic mode...all resulted in a 6-10 season with some mixed feelings. He did have his flaws.

    The (poor) handling of the QB situation should definitely not be ignored. It cost us a spot in the playoffs and possibly the growth of Josh Allen.

    The Jacksonville Jaguars came into Rich Stadium and knocked the reigning AFC Champion and their dynasty out of the park, including being the last game for the legendary QB...So it can happen !!!

    +1. historic would have been the Bills and Jets fighting for the division crown and the Wild Card and knocking the Patriots from playoff contention!
