  1. I hope whatever happens the truth is found out and justice is served.
  2. Good spot for Haack to land he is a decent punt just no punt God.
  3. Looking for a single ticket Bills vs Rams opening day ticket if anyone needs to fill out any last minute seat please let me know via PM. I would love to go but I can’t find anything within my budget.
  4. Knox isn’t an elite game changing TE but he is pretty dam good. What I like most about him is the physical nature of his play. Knox bowls over DB’s and some LB’s, I think that adds a lot to the offense and helps the defense get worn down.
  5. I would probably think OBJ wants the flexibility of a one year deal. Hoping to come in at the back end of the season and showcase himself and set himself up for a bigger opportunity and a destination of his choosing. I don’t hate bringing him in the outside WR depth could use some help and I think the idea of him as a distraction is over blown his teammates love him. If he signs with the Rams that’s no biggie I don’t think the Bills really need him but it would be fun to see him come back with the Bills.
  6. I haven’t seen any issues with Ariza’s holds, if he was really really struggling with holding I would get the sentiment (although it is still a bad idea) but the punt god has at the very least been solid as a holder and he will probably get better considering he will only get more experienced at doing it as he gets more holding opportunities in practice and in games.
  7. If Hyde and Poyer are healthy and playing like they have been the past 5 seasons I think the secondary will be fine. After Tre went out last season the CB play with Levi Wallace and Dane on the outside was not bad. Granted they didn’t play any barn burning offenses beside Tampa Bay (whom they got smoked in the first half but played well in the second half.) The secondary still played well. I also think Dane with some starts and another camp under his belt and the rookies coming in should be better than what the team played without White last season when Dane was less experienced and Levi Wallace was limited athletically.
  8. I didn't realize they played Crowder. That being said when you sit your top 3 WR's and you still get a good performance from a WR who is 4-5 down on the depth chart it isn't a bad showing.
  9. That bomb was insane, my only concern is if returners adjust to his leg power will he out kick his coverage consistently and cause long returns that eat into his net?
  10. The Bills weren't playing their top 4 wide receivers and still got a good showing from their WR5 in Shakir, how many teams have really great 6-8 WR's on their rosters?
  11. Sloppy half on offense but to be fair not only is it just pre-season but the Bills also were playing mostly second stringers again the Colts starters for about a quarter. Crazy punt by Ariza was probably the most interesting play.
  12. But then you add Kurt Angle to the mix
  13. I hope both have solid seasons it would be nice to have the Brady era Patriots cycle of players getting overpaid elsewhere then coming back and balling out again.
  14. Solid little acquisition for the Oline depth.
  15. That’s pretty common with NFL Coaches, however there has been questions as to how much those long hours pay off in the long run. Not only is the human body/mind only capable of so much but at what point are you over preparing? Given the NFL’s culture I don’t see this changing anytime soon.
  16. Coaching goes far beyond simply calling plays and in game decisions. Yes that is one aspect of good coaching but the team building and organization building aspect is far more important and McD is one of the best organization builders out there.
  17. Schobel makes the pass rush elite, Peters solidifies the Oline and Lee Evans makes the offense unstoppable.
  18. Good competition for that 6th WR spot and for a returner you could do worse than kicking the tires.
  19. Seems gimmicky but I support the attempt to do something different.
  20. ESPN’s business model once rights fees took off was always the highlights and pundits would produce the money while the sports would break even and be a gigantic ad for the networks. The rights fees are still massive and not making much for the network and the punditry and highlights are declining due to the internet. Sports Center or your local news used to be the only place to catch a game highlight now you can get that online. There is also a lot more punditry options online too. ESPN will survive but it will not be the Golden goose it once was ever again.
  21. I wonder if they did "elite" level NFL players how outcomes would look? I can think of several elite players who had ACL tears and come back to form.
  22. Tua doesn’t scare me at all. He gives me Tyrod Taylor vibes (less of a runner than Tyrod but a bit better of a passer) in the sense that he can play smart and not turn the ball over but not win you many games against better than average competition.
  23. The arena football league used to have the one yard rule, it just resulted in a bunch of QB sneaks. I don't hate the idea of under two minutes kneel downs leading to a clock stoppage but I am sure that adds much excitement.
  24. That's kind of how I feel, why go into a season with SB expectations and not look to help out one of the positions you are weakest at?
  25. I think if the bills were making one last “fine tuning” move for the roster they are better off adding a vet CB or Oline player. Cook was added to the back field in the draft that’s plenty to pair with Singletary
