Is Allen routinely fooled by pre-snap disguises?

I would like to see a Baldy breakdown or someone else more reputable take before I believe that Josh is routinely fooled -
PFT: Can the Bills thrive under the weight of high expectations?

This is so true it hurts. -
Is Boston Media finally starting to sour on Bilicheat?
billsfan89 replied to muppy's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think he needs a deep playoff run in the remaining years he has as a head coach. But this season if he just gets to the playoffs I think he quells the narrative for another season. But yes eventually he has to at least make a conference championship without Brady to really at least point to something of significance without Brady. A few one and done playoff appearances aren't going to be enough. -

To play devils advocate the Pats did go 10-5 without Brady in 2008, they were 3-1 without Brady the year he got suspended deflategate. And last year they were 10-7 with a rookie QB. So it isn’t like Billy B hasn’t had some success without Brady. That being said I think this season is going to be the measuring stick. Not that the Pats have to win it all but getting another playoff birth is huge to help dispel the Brady was the driver of success narrative. If the Pats go under .500 and miss the playoffs that narrative only strengthens. -
Predict the Score: Bills vs Rams

Bills 32 Rams 28 -
Honestly after a down year in 2020 Peters was decent for the Bears in 2021, the Cowboys probably got one of the better options on the market.

The rule in the NFL is that a receiver is usually the one who wins in a tie and the call was hardly a tie. Either way it evened out.

Very interested in seeing how the Oline holds up against Donald and how the Dline holds up against the run. Going to get a good temperature check against the defending champions. I am also interested to see if Jordan Phillips can get some sacks and pressures.

That’s my read on it, at least the team feels that from what they know at the moment they feel he is innocent but this is a completely fluid situation so who knows how that will change as more information becomes available. -

I hope whatever happens the truth is found out and justice is served. -
Good spot for Haack to land he is a decent punt just no punt God.

Looking for a single ticket Bills vs Rams opening day ticket if anyone needs to fill out any last minute seat please let me know via PM. I would love to go but I can’t find anything within my budget.

Knox isn’t an elite game changing TE but he is pretty dam good. What I like most about him is the physical nature of his play. Knox bowls over DB’s and some LB’s, I think that adds a lot to the offense and helps the defense get worn down.

I would probably think OBJ wants the flexibility of a one year deal. Hoping to come in at the back end of the season and showcase himself and set himself up for a bigger opportunity and a destination of his choosing. I don’t hate bringing him in the outside WR depth could use some help and I think the idea of him as a distraction is over blown his teammates love him. If he signs with the Rams that’s no biggie I don’t think the Bills really need him but it would be fun to see him come back with the Bills.
-
I haven’t seen any issues with Ariza’s holds, if he was really really struggling with holding I would get the sentiment (although it is still a bad idea) but the punt god has at the very least been solid as a holder and he will probably get better considering he will only get more experienced at doing it as he gets more holding opportunities in practice and in games.

If Hyde and Poyer are healthy and playing like they have been the past 5 seasons I think the secondary will be fine. After Tre went out last season the CB play with Levi Wallace and Dane on the outside was not bad. Granted they didn’t play any barn burning offenses beside Tampa Bay (whom they got smoked in the first half but played well in the second half.) The secondary still played well. I also think Dane with some starts and another camp under his belt and the rookies coming in should be better than what the team played without White last season when Dane was less experienced and Levi Wallace was limited athletically.

I didn't realize they played Crowder. That being said when you sit your top 3 WR's and you still get a good performance from a WR who is 4-5 down on the depth chart it isn't a bad showing.
-
That bomb was insane, my only concern is if returners adjust to his leg power will he out kick his coverage consistently and cause long returns that eat into his net?
-
The Bills weren't playing their top 4 wide receivers and still got a good showing from their WR5 in Shakir, how many teams have really great 6-8 WR's on their rosters?
-
Sloppy half on offense but to be fair not only is it just pre-season but the Bills also were playing mostly second stringers again the Colts starters for about a quarter. Crazy punt by Ariza was probably the most interesting play.

But then you add Kurt Angle to the mix

Eric Wood with good Bills info on Bussin with the Boys

I hope both have solid seasons it would be nice to have the Brady era Patriots cycle of players getting overpaid elsewhere then coming back and balling out again.
