The Steelers are amazing at developing WR's since the late 90's. They have had Hines Ward, Plaxico Burrus, Mike Wallace, Santonio Holmes, Emmanuel Sanders, Antonio Brown and Ju Ju Smith Shuster all producing at a high level (I think all but Sanders had at least one 1,000 yard season with the Steelers many having multiple 1,000 yard seasons). They are also pretty solid at developing tight ends Heath Miller was a stud and Pat Freiermuth has a lot of potential. They also have a pretty good history of RB's Jerome Bettis, Willie Parker and Lev Bell were all studs and they recently are trying to get Harris going (although I think Harris is fairly pedestrian).
So Pickett will have a good complement of skill position players it is more so can they build up that O-line while keeping a solid defense together during Pickett's rookie deal?
