  1. Past hour
  2. I would have expected the government of Iran would have the common sense to buy helicopters from their good friends in China rather than to ferry around high-ranking public officials in US made models short on parts. Rather than blame the US there seems to be a learning opportunity lost here for the clerics in charge. I expect it will also be reported the entire complement of passengers on board were shouting "Gold is great" and long live the Islamic Republic as the chopper was plummeting to the ground.
  3. It’s a fine line. He’s done a great job turning around the franchise but I’ve expected better growth from him. For as much as he preaches fundamentals, execution and preparation his teams struggles when it matters most. IMO, this is a big season for him to step up.
  4. Yes more guns - we need more guns - we need to make gun manufactures rich AF at the expense of dead and mutilated Americans. Fkn death cult
  5. Expecting him to be better is obvious. Expecting perfection is unrealistic.
  6. He will continue to make stupid mistakes and hope his superstar QB can minimize his F-ups. There will be at least 2 times this season where he will make the same mistakes he has in the past and we will be wondering wtf, how has this idiot not learned his lessons from the last.
  7. Most of my friends hate McD. I gently remind them of 17 years of futility that has been replaced by expectations of winning every year 🤷
  8. On that matter, we'll have to agree to disagree. The best way to provide homefield advantage for our team is to build an imposing, loud, exciting atmosphere. Everyone on their feet on 3rd down, making as much noise as humanly possible, the whole crowd rising to a fever pitch of excitement and creating a deafening roar and a visible united front of enthusiasm and engagement. Affecting and intimidating the opponent. Feeling the excitement of 70,000 people cheering in unison. Having an actual effect on the outcome of a game. THAT, to me, is what seeing football games live is all about. To me, standing for critical junctures feels like part of that. I understand if others disagree, and I understand that some folks have physical impairments that may make it impossible. But if it's 3rd and 8 in the 4th quarter and the Bills defense needs a big stop, I'm absolutely gonna be on my feet, whooping and hollering, and I'm absolutely gonna ignore anyone behind me saying "down in front!". Again -- not all game. That, I agree, is a bit much. But in the big moments? I'm up.
  9. The only expectation I have for him is that he cannot lose again to non-Chiefs teams in the playoffs. if we lose to the greatest dynasty in the NFL currently, oh well. If he loses to the Ravens or Bengals or Texans in the postseason, he’s gotta go. Imo.
  10. This is why Biden's debate terms insisted on no RFK. Because RFK hurts Trump.
  11. I think he will commit fewer turnovers. It's hard to say whether he'll have a significant drop in passing yards or TDs. I suspect that any reduction in passing will be made up for by an increase in team rushing and time of possession. I don't expect him to run more than he has in the past. All this depends of course on Allen staying healthy. That's always the thing that I worry about the most. Overall I expect the offense, once they get used to the new system and play calling, to function well. A lot of the team's success will depend if they can make up for the big changes on defense--if they have better injury luck they should hold their own.
  12. Ok commies, which one of you is this guy? Gotta be Quack, Tibs or Billsfuk.c right?
  13. I was in Frankfurt a couple of weeks ago. You could buy a beer in the airport and walk around drinking it anywhere you wanted. MLS is unwatchable. Sloppy and awful.
  14. McDermott is going into his 7th season as the Bills head coach. His staff beneath him has turned over with a new DC and it’s Brady’s first full season as OC. The schedule is loaded and the AFCE has improved. Curious what your expectations are of McDermott? What areas do you hope/expect he improves at? McDermott has been a solid coach with lots of positives but far too often stumbles a few times per season against a lesser team, struggles to make in game adjustments and come the playoffs, he gets outcoached in key games and his team has failed to execute at critical moments. Overall, he has a losing record in the playoffs at 5-6.
  15. I like the signing, the guy is a 4.3 forty guy. You can't teach speed
  16. Just a reminder, this poster believes backs up should all be UDFA rookies. Then calls Beane an idiot for not doing it.
  17. Add in Kelce is going to be 35. Last season 120 targets 98 catches and 980 yards 5 Tds. Very good season for a Te. I think in a vacuum many peoples expectation for Kincaid are higher than that. I think Kincaid could match or surpass any or all of those metrics. I think Coleman has the potential to be very good. If he is the conversation at wr ends.
  18. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2024/05/20/iran-president-death-helicopter-crash-news/ “The United States is one of the main parties to be blamed for the disaster yesterday,” Zarif told the state-run Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting in an interview Monday. The United States “sanctioned the sales of aircraft parts and aviation equipment to Iran. They do not allow the Iranians to benefit from all good advances in aviation,” he said.
  19. 🎯 Get prepared for what is absolutely coming. You think these marxist lunatics are going to allow Trump to just waltz back into 1600?
  20. LOL. Trump Voters Are Defecting to Robert Kennedy Over the Vaccine Issue. https://pjmedia.com/rick-moran/2024/05/19/trump-voters-are-defecting-to-robert-kennedy-over-the-vaccine-issue-n4929163 No polling No quotes "But in some states, RFK might steal some votes from him because of the general misunderstanding about the vaccine itself." That's it. That's the entire basis of "Trump Voters Are Defecting to Robert Kennedy Over the Vaccine Issue." SOME voters in SOME states MIGHT defect. Maybe. We aren't sure, but it seems like something that is theoretically possible. The National Enquirer called and said they think your headline is a little over the top
  21. The fact that the Dems are going to allow this clown to be their candidate shows what a **** show their party is. That is assuming the drooling vegetable will be alive this fall.
  22. I didn't say it did. Was saying I'm sure Miami fans are.
  23. Yep. He used a Steinberger on the Grace Under Pressure album and tour (1984). This picture was from the end of the Signals tour. (82-83). In the late 80s way early 90s, he used Wal Basses. in 1993 is when he switched back to his Fender Jazz and used that forever. If I get a bonus from my upcoming work promotion, I might spring the $4000 plus on a Steinberger.
