Interesting considering outside CB is pretty deep and Slay was upset he was no longer a starter. He's going to move from CB3 on the Steelers to CB4 for the Bills.

Lets be honest about this. Despite a strong game Sunday, Benford has not been good this season. White is washed. And Hairston is built like Kate Moss.

 

CB absolutely is a need.

But seriously, this is a little puzzling if you ask me.  We are playing more dime, but Hairston is only seeing half the snaps on a weekly basis as it is.  As good as Tre was the other day, I want Hairston to get more reps and now you're adding another CB?  Is he going to play some safety snaps?  This one is kind of weird.  I know there wasn't a DE released that would help, but unless there is an injury we don't know about yet, I am not sure where he fits.

I like watching DBs. 5 years ago, Slay was one of my favorites.

 

He's a cheap signing with a ton of experience. And he's not expected to start. Nothing wrong with this signing.
