It's time to fire both. Beane drafts have been terrible. Josh is the only reason this staff wasn't gone years ago. No more coordinators can be fired . It for McDermott to go

Not a McDermott supporter but this roster has way too many average talent guys making good money.  This includes Knox/Milano/ Johnson who missed on a 4 & 1 tackle.  We just don't have enough play makers on either side of ball

No more scapegoats for McDingleberry. If any of the coordinators get fired it better be all of them because their head coach got fired.

This.

DC, HC, OC, and Gm are all accountable. Each should be gone.

No, he did not.

Believe what you want to believe. I can think of a half dozen subpar plays by him in a game where his supporting cast also played poorly. Two things can both be true.

End of the day not having Kincaid really hurt because Knox is just not that good and getting open.  I think if we had Kincaid tonight he would have made difference . Sacks happened because no one had enough separation and Allen had to hang onto the ball.  That is a great defence something we will never know about

Yeah I don’t think Joe Brady did them many favors tonight.  But there were times Josh had to make better decisions.  But on the list of blame, he’s probably at the very bottom

So you want to turn him into Tyrod Taylor…

You take away Allen scrambling around and doing super hero stuff and you take away what makes him special.

Go to bed. Youre not thinking properly.

What I'm thinking is I see Josh not doing what lead him to be a MVP last season. He's making poor decisions and as a result we are losing. Is it solely him? No but I'll call him out when he plays bad. Anyone that defends him for today's performance is blindly loyal to him. Sorry I love Josh but he is not playing like he has in past and part of why we've lost 4 games.

I don’t believe anything. I evaluate objectively. I watched NO ONE get an inch of seperation and Allen constantly running for his life.

Brady would not have done better. Mahomes would not have done better. Rodgers would not have done better.

What EXACTLY did you want him to do tonight? Throw the ball away instead of scrambling and trying to make plays? So we

could punt on 4th and 7 instead of 4th and 15?

Think about what it is you’re expecting of him.

He was sacked 7 time and was under non-stop pressure with Brady calling deep crossers and springs where no one could get seperation.

Dis you want him to force the ball into tight coverage?

WHAT IS IT YOU WANTED HIM TO DO!?

Why is he at the bottom? BS.

Fire him for what? Not having legitimate wide receivers on the outside?

Brandon Beane’s arrogance damned near got our star QB killed tonight because he couldn’t find anyone open and Houston has a ferocious pass rush.

Jalen Waddle may have helped.

Why do people keep bringing up Jalen waddle the dolphins wouldn't trade us him for their first born son

We offered them a first and a third round pick which is well enough compensation

Any other team would have gotten that done.. not trading him to their 60-year divisional rival

Give examples. Point to 5 plays tonight where he supposedly made a bad decision. sand then tell us what you wanted him to do instead. Let’s break it down.

There is no one to replace him, by design. McDermott hired yes men over experience and Beane allowed it

Beane and McDermott are equals, so McDermott can do whatever he wants without anything being allowed by Beane.

I don't think any change at OC is helping the offense this year. Like, maybe a Sean McVay offensive genius could squeeze some more out of the players we have, but you're not finding that person at this point in the year.

Brady sucks but this WR group is totally ass.

This is true.  I half blame Brady bc he still isn’t getting anything out of them.  An elite coach gets SOMETHING.

But this is 2018 level bad.

Roster construction and cap management...

Brady is not great but I thought at least we had a competent O-line, capable of pass protection. Sadly, they are lacking and are going to get Josh seriously injured. I’m so tired of presnap and holding penalties because these overrated tackles are overmatched especially on the road. Dawkins and Brown were so bad tonight that it makes you wonder how they would stand up on the road in the playoffs. Josh had no one to throw to on the plays where he got sacked and obviously he got frustrated and made bad decisions on the picks. Forget our defense because, we can’t pressure the QB and our secondary can’t cover. Everyone on the defense looks like they’re playing injured.  Beane is responsible for this roster and he’s hamstrung every year by expensive personnel decisions he’s made that give him no cap flexibility. I love this team but realistically you can’t be confident about a deep run in the playoffs if they get there.

Is it possible at this point in the season that this would be feasible?

Brady is outmatched seemingly every week despite have the NFL's most prolific scoring quarterback of all time.

What’s the point?

Are you drunk?

Allen was running for his life and trying desperately to find any receiver who had more than 1 INCH of separation.

Allen (and Davis return TD) was the only reason we were in this game at the end. There is not a QB in history who would have played better than Allen did today given the circumstances.

Allen was beyond awful. The line was terrible too, but lets not excuse his play because of it.

I'm starting to wonder if they built this line specifically because they know Allen holds the ball too long, and so giving him to most protection possible (on most days), cloaks one of his biggest weaknesses. There have been guys running open this year that he simply hasn't even looked at. He needed to be getting rid of balls at the top of his drop, not scrambling around int he backfield tacking atrocious sacks for huge losses.

The root cause of all this is McDermott

McDermott is what's wrong with the Bills

Any other move is shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic

He looks lost on the sideline and has run his course here. The team is regressing and fast
