Even if the offense was playing at their peak, this is not a Championship caliber D.  This is bottom tier.

Anyone still defending McD after that happens every ***** week is just being dense at this point. Humiliating. When it’s 3rd and 10+ you can almost assure they’ll get it. That’s fireable for a “defensive” head coach. If you’re going to give it up anyway, send the ***** house.

Also, we have given up long conversions multiple times today to the exact same spot in the zone, to the left between the lb (7 was basically a zone lb on that play) and the safety.

It’s time to ditch McDermott. Same story every season. We need different ideas.
