Chiefs look like a juggernaut at this moment in time and we can barely compete a forward pass.

Im not optimistic, but have a strange feeling it clicks.. because it’s KC.. and that will get Josh out of his slump and ignite something.. anything.. in this passing game.

A loss doesn’t concern me in regards to the one seed if we play well but lose a close one as I don’t believe in Indy yet and we’d have the same loss column as KC, but I’ll start to get concerned that NE might take the division as their schedule is just so easy and they don’t look like they have any intention of fumbling the layups.

I agree about Allen. Playing KC brings the best out of him. Unfortunately, playing Bills also brings the best out of Mahomes.

Hoping for a good competitive game.

KC beat the Lions at home only with big help from the refs; they should have lost that game. Then the beat the Raiders (wow) and the Commanders without Daniels. I don't see a juggernaut. But neither do I see lesser team than last year. It's the Bills that have changed. Their defense has gotten a lot weaker, and the passing game is positively alarming, no sugarcoating that. On the other hand, the newcomers on D and McDermott helping to call plays might be enough to overhaul the defense, and maybe Cook and the run game will provide enough offense. I say that last part with much less confidence. The Patriots and Falcons showed the league how to stop the Bills: stack the box and blitz Allen like crazy. With this receiving crew, that's just printing money. I really thought Brady and Allen would have it figured out after the bye, but the Panthers game showed they haven't, at least not yet.

I will be surprised and delighted if they win. But with the shell of Allen we've been seeing and Brady calling plays, I think there's a greater chance they'll be embarrassed. Maybe that's a good thing. Like others, I'm tired of them beating the Chiefs in the regular season and losing in the playoffs. Maybe it'll be the reverse this year.

Very happy for a national TV game. They can be run on and we have a history of both disappointment, but also surprising performances. This team does well when nobody believes in them. Detroit, KC, Baltimore last year........I'm usually a pessimist, but I think we will silence some critics this week (and I have no sound football logic to back that up outside of we can run on them).

I’m with you. No sound logic, just like our chances at home in a big game

I think our defense can hold them below 30 especially if Hairston starts. Feeling much better about that group. I am much less confident that our offense can score 30. Unless we add a WR I have a hard time finding a path to victory, unfortunately. Could we beat them on the ground combined with a dominant defensive performance? Sure but I'll need to see it to believe it.

We lost at home to New England.  That game bothers me more and more each week.  A SB team sends a message to those guys and wins.  They previously lost to the RAIDERS.  At home.  If Dillon Gabriel were competent they may have lost a 3rd home game to the Browns.

They beat us with assistance from the refs sure.  But still, you have to win that game.  Now they continue on with their charmin soft schedule.

No, I don’t feel great about anything at the moment.

Can we win, sure.  But between the lack of WR production and the loss of Oliver I’m pretty deflated at the moment.

My expectations now are just get in and hope Allen goes on a heater.

I actually feel somewhat confident in our D.

It's all going to depend on Allen, at some point the slump will end. Hopefully we're at that point, and then it's a 50/50 game. If not, then we are losing.

I wanna be able to delusionally think we’re better than the Chiefs for 3 months until they beat us again

If history always went like that then Tom Brady would have 18 super bowls PS he doesn't

I said this to my wife 2 weeks ago - that I feel more confident the D will turn it around than the O.  If Max is good and the PED guys make a difference.  If Milano and Bernard can stay on the field and keep Rapp off it I think the unit can be a top 10 and definitely SB D.

Just Ed man.  I’m sooooo sick of this ***t.

2021:  Tre

2022: Vonn

2023: Tre again.  No LBS in playoffs.

2024: Milano.  Benford in the AFCCG

It is always something.

I've been in the Super Bowl or bust mindset for a few years now.

I never want the Bills to lose to anybody, especially the "Chefs"

But at the end of the season all that matters is Josh Allen pulling a Steve Young throwing the monkey off his & the entire Mafias back.

My heart wants a Bills win.

My brain says put my 401k on the Chiefs. 🤣

haha yesterday was the time to do that.  $100k or so on  the Chiefs moneyline could have netted you enough for a nice steak dinner somewhere

KC leads the NFL in point differential.  KC has lost a couple of close games....Kelce bobbling a would be TD that gets intercepted by Philly....and then Mahomes...making an awful mistake that the Jags returned 100 yards for a TD.  Kind of wonky.  Anyhow.....

The Bills have Allen.  Allen is an elite QB and elite QB's always have a punchers chance.  the game in Buffalo.  It's a big big game for both teams like it always is.

I think this is the best KC team we've had since 18.  I think the Bills certainly can, and may very well win the game.

I think if KC gets out to a lead and the Bills have to start throwing..that favors KC.  If the Bills can control the clock...get cook going....gets some timely scrambles and Allen gets reved up running also....KC will have a hard time.

I don't have a great feel for it...I expect a good game.

It's pretty rare that teams get to that part of the season without some injuries.  We were pretty healthy last year.  Other years, not so much.

To this point, unless I'm mistaken, we haven't lost anyone for the season.  Even Ed has a shot to come back.  My hope is that the injury bug caught us early and we end up relatively healthy by January.
