  1. 1. We'd have two future superstar receivers in Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate; and a future pro bowl safety in Caleb Williams.

    • Keep Bills roster
      80
    • Trade for Ohio State's
      17

Maybe a different way is, how many guys on Ohio State would start on the Bills now? It’s 3 or 4. Tate and Smith would both start at WR and Downs at S. Reese would start at LB but maybe not, in the nickel, with everyone healthy. The Bills would have 18 or 19 starters. If they played a game, the Bills would crush them.

Honestly, the Bills would likely win 77-10 or so.

This thread title is crazy. The better ridiculous question, would you trade Josh for Drake Maye as of today?

It’d be nice to go back to a rookie contract, I can’t lie, BUT I got caught up thinking CJ Stroud was the next stud QB. Maye has been scorching hot, but he’ll have to keep it up for a couple seasons before that idea even enters the fold. By then his rookie deal will be expiring.

Who would win in a Basketball game between the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, if the Ohio State football players were the refs and Josh Allen and Tage Thompson switched squads?

The Orioles!

Of course I would. Three unproven guys who might be really really good? Without a doubt!!

But I eat bird poop and go bungee jumping with the cord around my neck.

Do you really think a college team can beat a NFL team?  Lol

This argument has been made before, and it’s foolish to think any college team could beat even a bad NFL team.  They can’t.  Those WR’s look like they may make it in the NFL, but that’s not a given.

OP didn't say anything about which team would beat the other.   I'm interpreting the question as more of an emotional one, like "would you trade Keon Coleman for a bag of dirty tampons?" kind of thing

I think a college team could beat the Jets. Of course, it could be argued that the Jets aren't an NFL team.

Ohio State would strangely score some points. We’ve had a hard time defending much worse receivers. Tate and Smith TODAY, would be the best tandem of WRs that the Bills have faced this year. That’s not hyperbole either. I don’t know if people understand just how good they are. This is the school that’s given you: Olave, Wilson, Harrison, JSN and Egbuka over the last few years. Tate compares to Wilson as a prospect and Smith is better than every name mentioned. Ohio State WRs come in and play at a high level. These aren’t “guys that may be good someday.” They are very good NFL WRs right now. Lol, assuming Sayin had a little time, they would make some explosive plays. I’d put the score at 56-17 or something like that.

Justin Fields was a 1st round pick from Ohio State & he is the worst starting QB in the NFL (if he's still considered a starter after Sunday's benching at halftime).  College teams are loaded with future accountants & bartenders.  The few NFL caliber players on a college team are playing against those future accountants & bartenders.  That's why there are 1st round busts because you never know how a player will perform with & against teams with all NFL caliber players.

Only college roster I would change for this one is 2001 Miami Hurricanes.  NFL Pro Bowl roster up and down the lineup

They're too old to play in the NFL today.

This was one ridiculously talented roster. There were over 20 legit solid-to-great NFL players on that roster, including multiple HOF-level players.
