I am going to be completely honest.   I dont understand the physics of how a ground cannot help secure a ball to hands if the bottom of the ball is touching nothing but ground.  I also fully admit I have no idea what a catch is beyond what a referee tells me.  If there is that much nuance between what is and isnt a catch I am not going to involve myself in it.

I'm surprised they don't ever call shots to Jameson Williams. They gave him a big contract but they just use him as a role player.
