Livinginthepast Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I always thought that when Brady kept his job at the end of the season that Dorsey was fired, it was a huge mistake. It was like they handed the keys to the mansion to the pool boy. Tonight he called a horrendous game. He doesnt make the proper adjustments when his game plan is going sideways and when he does do something that works, he forgets and goes to something else. Just not good enough. And Babich/McD defense is the worst Ive seen as a Bills fan. Even drought era defenses could mix things up for a young QB but not McD. He just plays prevent defense all game. Quote
Billsfanatic8989 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago It felt like the Bills could have gotten five more offensively possessions down one score. Yet, were never going to score. It's scary to think that I had more confidence in the defense instead of the offense in the second half. 2 Quote

MasterStrategist Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Somehow these coaches are supposed to work with Shavers and Keon at X. @HappyDays...key leader of drafting Keon. Thinks this is partly on McD too. Wake up Bills nation. Our GM is not good 2 1 1 Quote
SC STATE NUPE Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Bills have to kick the tires on Crosby or Garrett. I know they both signed new deals, but no way in h_ll are they happy losing like that. For either id give 2 firsts, Groot, and whatever they may want. You can’t rebuild your secondary during the season. But you can help them out with a wrecker on the line. Bosa is not enough, and Groot goes missing too much. The best way to transform this defense is to get an elite pass rusher. Somebody with an identity and presence. We have no PRESENCE on defense!!! Edited 14 hours ago by SC STATE NUPE Quote

stevewin Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) Feel so bad for my son - we flew up for last weeks game and he flew down to ATL for this game. Traveled two weekends in a row to see 8 consecutive quarters of the most soul-deflating craptastic Bills football imaginable Edited 12 hours ago by stevewin 2 Quote
Tulsabillsfanz Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Atlanta’s defense overwhelmed our o-line. Josh had no time to pass, no where to run. We need better WRs. As soon as Palmer was hurt, we had Shakir & not much else. Coleman is clueless when it comes to ball awareness. He never seems to know when the ball’s coming to him. On one of his few receptions he jumps up and signals first down, when he was 2 yards short. 1 1 Quote

Taylor Rapp should have been removed from teh starting unit week ago. The DL is is OK and will probably be an asset when they get Jones, Sander and Hoecht back. Their corners are not great but they're not awful and are far down the list of problems. Agree on Thompson. I would agree on Rapp but not sure what other option there is. White is a problem. He played better in the second half but every game so far he's making back breaking plays. Ingram should be given a chance. This team has a lot of issues right now and that doesn't even mention the offense Quote

Bean is more of an issue than McDermott. McD really doesn’t have much to work with. Poyer, Tre, and Jordan Phillips all played tonight. Every year this team gets injured at key positions and it’s the same players every year. 2 2 Quote

Instead of getting the one seed by default while having major issues. Four of the last five SB champions didn't need the one seed to win it all. Well you don't have either. No #1 seed and a flawed team chasing the Pats in the AFCE. Quote
Since1981 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Shavers over Cook!!!??? Beanne for Shavers McD for Shavers over Cook 1 Quote
appoo Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Just now, Miyagi-Do Karate said: They easily could have won that game, despite the bad coaching and mistakes. Just some bad execution errors down the stretch. the D played much better in the second half. The O needed to just stick with the run. They abandoned it in the 4th. I actually like the potential of this defense with reinforcements coming. But offensively, Dalton Kincaid is highest drafted weapon with the 25th pick, and that’s showing. Shakir and Cook have over performed their draft picks, while Keon is basically playing like the late first rounder he is. If he’s not taking on a guy like AJ Terrell he’s much more successful, but he is. Buffalo needs to be picking in the top 15 or 20, and get a WR. That’s where the blue chip talent is. Everything after that is basically a lottery pick. It might be time to send Josh on the IR with a sore pinkie on his non throwing arm. You can’t solve this with a trade as the bills just don’t have the draft capital. You can’t solve it with free agency as the bills are capped out. They need to refresh the talent on offense 1 1 Quote
HomeTeam Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago We have to get healthy. Good thing the bye is here cause this team and coaching staff has some serious self reflecting to do. Quote

Penix had about 5 batted balls, which all went right to the falcons. Josh gets a ball tipped and it gently falls to a Falcons defender! Not to mention the likely pick 6 right through Shaq’s hands! Thats 2 games in a row Shaq could have turned a loss into a possible win and he came up empty. 1 Quote

A few wow plays and alot of head scratchers Who is he supposed to throw to oh wise one? Joe Brady has sucked calling plays for awhile now. With a bad play caller and no wide receivers he can’t do everything. Quote
ShakAttack Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago On the bright side, this is the type of game (and potentially season) that it would take for the Bills to re-evaluate everything around Allen and Cook... But I just don't think this organization has the guts to go there. Feel bad for Allen man. Yeah, he had his mistakes too, but how unreliable is Keon Coleman, a WR that we took in a WR rich draft class? How bad was the play calling at times? What happened to the QB sneak that was so effective last season, just because it converted at a lower rate in a couple of playoff games!? Is it not better than coughing up the ball on 4th and short instead?? I mean the sad thing is, we could keep going and going and going here, but you all know what's going on. This has been a major, major waste of #17 and every single off-season some of his create this false hope that we somehow improved it, only to be let down. I will say this though... Deone Walker... officially a stud. Ed Oliver... stud. Joey Bosa... all of his best plays tonight went to waste because of player's around our DL, but he's a stud too. That secondary though is one of the worst I've seen in recent memory. If we care at all about this season, something needs to change during this bye week, players need to be acquired, and stop acting like our picks are so dang valuable when we miss on most of them. Brady’s choice to not continue to feature Cook and those absolutely horrendous sideways play calls on short yardage got to have it is unforgivable. This! I really hope cook was hurt. He was getting through their defense like butter. That stupid reverse. Even if they had a clean exchange that was going to be a loss 1 1 Quote
