Reason 127 why he fell to the 5th round.  The sense of entitlement runs deep.  Even if Rex is an idiot, he’s paid his dues, was an accomplished NFL coach for 10-15 years and has earned the right to sound off.  Shadeur has earned nothing.

Sorry, but Rex said nothing wrong and nothing that everyone else isn’t already thinking and knowing.  Shadeur has a major entitlement problem and has no clue how to be a pro - which is shameful given his dad should know how to be a pro in this league.  You can’t be cocky like Deion if you haven’t earned the right to be on the field.

Nothing wrong in Shadeur being confident in his abilities, but there is a proper way to go about it.  He could have said he believes in himself and he is just trying to do everything he can to be ready when the opportunity comes.  But phrasing it the way he did, he’s is clearly throwing shade at the guys ahead of him, demonstrating a lack of patience, a lack of maturity, and displaying the same entitlement issues that made his stock drop in the first place.

This is a man’s league for serious people.  Go show them you can be the man, a leader - be in that front row, be all about football, be committed to being the best - don’t sit there and coast through and show bad body language because you think the job should already be yours before you’ve proven to deserve it.

Talent/ability - especially for a QB - is only a portion of what makes a player successful.  He lacks every other intangible right now even if he may be the QB with the most upside talent wise on that roster.

Rex was 100% right.  Deon and the whole support system failed Sheduer.  Right now Sheduer is failing Sheduer.  He needs to be seen not heard until he gets a chance on the field.  Rex is eluding to not doing all the little things Gabriel is doing.  Trying to spin the narrative that its an old race narrative of said player lacks leadership intangibles but is “athletic” its wild.  Sanders has to put in the work on and off screen.  If he is off screen he isn't showing it on screen.   No one has been able to dismiss the failed interview thing.  Deon declined Baltimore and Philly before the draft.  Man wouldn't Baltimore be a good spot right now?

Please dont ask me to come to Rex Ryan's defense.

The force of these two speaking pushed two hurricanes out to sea.

The part Mom skipped over was where Rex said if I know, everyone knows. That means the info is coming from Cleveland. Where in Cleveland remains to be seen. Who there would speak with Sexy Rexy?

The difference is the rules never applied to Deion because he was a transcendent talent and then personality once his playing days were done.  Shadeur aint that dude his daddy was.  I almost feel bad for him.  Almost.

This is something the Browns usually do with a 1st round selection

Shedeur got passed over by every team multiple times for a reason, and that reason was not some conspiracy to make an example out of him. He's 3rd on the depth chart in Cleveland for a reason. He can say what he wants. It's a free country. Just like Rex can say what he wants. It's a free country. Momma Sanders can say what she wants. It's a free country. Then you have people who will pick a side and carry that flag with them, no matter what side they are on. Finally, you have the people who don't care. They don't care what Shedeur said. They don't care what Rex said. They don't care what momma Sanders said. That would be me. I don't care.
