Ravens at Chiefs - who do you want to have their third loss?

It’d be nice to have the Chiefs buried at 1-3, but if we win next weekend, we’ll be four games up on the Ravens at the quarter point if they lose. Plus, we still play the Chiefs and it’s in Buffalo.

 

Either way, it’ll be good though. One of these teams will be 1-3 after next weekend, barring a tie.

Ravens, I think that the Chiefs right now have their back against the wall with the way the Chargers are playing...  I think we need to root for the Chargers to lose at this point as well... so I gotta go Ravens to lose competition in the Central is weak and getting weaker with Burrow out... Steelers are pretending, Cleveland is a fire drill, Cinci without Burrow is gonna be hard pressed to split with them... I think they come out of their division 7-1 maybe 6-2

The Chiefs are our Mount Everest.

The Ravens, not so much.

Based on the way both teams are playing right now the Ravens will win this game.

 

The Chiefs with that loss, will finish the season with no less than 5 losses.  

 

I don’t think the Ravens will lose as many games as the Chiefs this year, so our H2H game with them already is huge for seeding.

 

If everything works out the way I think it will, the Ravens will finish 2/3 place and the Chiefs 6/7 place

I want the Bills 1st Super Bowl win to be as easy as possible. Screw all the narratives. Get the monkey off our back. I think part of what makes the Chiefs great is that ever since they got that 1st Super Bowl they're not feeling any pressure. All of the pressure is on their opponent. I'm very confident that if Allen wins his 1st Super Bowl this year he'll win at least 1 more, maybe 2-3 more, before he hangs it up for good. That 1st one is going to be the trickiest one.

If they can take advantage of the schedule this year than the #1 seed is probably theirs. I don't know if the Chargers and Colts can keep up with the Bills as far as winning goes. Won't have to play WC weekend and all playoff games will be at home. So far, the early portion of this season is going their way especially with the Chiefs and Ravens already with two losses.

In that scenario they're likely playing at LA or at Baltimore before they come to Buffalo, after having to play with full effort down the stretch of the season just to stumble into the playoffs at all. All that after spending multiple seasons in a row on deep tiring playoff runs. Meanwhile we'll have just rested everybody for 1-2 weeks. If we can't take the Chiefs out under those circumstances that is the final nail in the coffin on this coaching staff. The WORST case scenario is that they take out another top AFC team and then limp into Buffalo. That is an outcome we should be rooting for!

Man if the chiefs lose and the chargers beat the giants the chiefs are 3.5 back 4 weeks in that is absolutely wild.  The chargers could be the noticeably inferior team going forward and still win the division. If the chargers win that chiefs rematch I really don’t think the chiefs can catch up

Ravens FTW, the higher the chance the Chiefs have to struggle and claw for a spot the better.

 

We can beat the Ravens in the playoffs but seemingly can’t take down KC.

People downplay regular season success though it feels like…yea they’ll more than likely make it but if you’re battling for the wildcard/division,  playoff-style football starts much earlier.   that all takes a toll.  that defense has been freakishly healthy in their last few playoff runs and a lot of that has to do with being able to rest key players while they coast to a division win

 

even the year they were the 3 seed they knew the 1 seed was out of the question and the division was clinched so they got to rest guys down the stretch. 
 

If the bills were the 1 seed either of the last two years they woulda made the Super Bowl imo. Especially the year where our whole LB room got murdered against pit in the wildcard round haha

I’ll root for the Ravens in this one. The Chiefs have proven they can turn it on come playoff time. We could use them to dig themselves a really deep hole. The Ravens, not so much.

Personally, I could care less who wins or loses this game. I would prefer that the Bills beat whoever makes it to the AFCCG convincingly and begin a new dynasty. Then maybe we all could stop acting like we've got PTSD.

A tie wouldn't really benefit either team so I want a good old fashioned knock down drag out brawl.

 

On the rare chance this doesn't end in a tie final score, one of these teams will be 1-3 while a certain other team could be 4-0.

Yep - the Colts COULD very well be 4-0 come 7 PM or so on Sunday, but they have a tough task ahead with the Rams.
